Wonderful pharmacy and super nice folks running it! Prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner and communication with providers is almost always prompt! I'd recommend Fishburne and Sons to anyone looking to break away from those big name pharmacies!

Recently switched to Fishburne after getting tired of dealing with big box pharmacies. I had a doctors appointment earlier this morning and by the time I was done with my blood work, my script had already been filled. I was given a courtesy call to let me know it was ready. I was informed on pickup that there was a convenience fee to use my card. I approved the convenience fee because I had no cash on me. My card was not charged until I signed off that I agreed to the small fee. It was refreshing not to have to deal with the attitudes of the employees at the bigger chain stores. I am glad I made the switch. Looking forward to doing more business with Fishburne Pharmacy.

I had a truly wonderful experience today at Fishburne. My needs were accounted for, my questions answered, and the customer service was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. During a time when healthcare is at the utmost of importance, this is someplace you can count on to take care of you.

I swapped to Fishburne on a friend's recommendation after getting fed up with the constant long wait times and mess ups at the larger pharmacies and stores. It has been smooth sailing for the past 2 years. Staff are always friendly, they always call and let you know when your prescriptions are ready so you dont have to wait, and they have a little drive through for convenience. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a prescription here, and they have never messed up my insurance charges either. I will continue to be a regular here as long as I live in the area.

Unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. I had a hard to access prescription that I had to get filled there and was informed that it was pricey. Upon arrival I offered my insurance card as I was new there. The female pharmacist rudely commented over the counter that she already submitted my insurance and it wouldn’t cover it and that was why she called to tell me the price so I wouldn’t “waste their time”. I apologized for the misunderstanding and asked to run the good rx code at which point the cashier sighed and rolled her eyes at me then told me the code wasn’t working. This medication was $260 and I don’t feel like I should be treated poorly for trying to save money on a medication I need. Yes I was able to pay for it but the entire staff made me feel awful for trying to save money and were not helpful or friendly at all. I will probably go without or drive a great distance to avoid ever having to go there again. After I paid and left I noticed the price was actually about $20 more than quoted and they had added and extra fee to my bill, possibly for credit card use.

Fishburne is a wonderful independently owned pharmacy with fantastic caring people working there that will go the extra mile to help there customers any way they can. I also really like that they always have my medications or if they run out then it's usually by the next day, unlike most of the big chain stores were I had to go without my medicine for over 2 weeks because they would keep telling me different reasons why they couldn't get it in and on top of that they would not check with another one of there stores to see if they would have any, they told me I would have to call around, but they would not give me that info so go figure ! So I am truly happy and thankful that I found Fishburne in Waynesboro, VA they truly go above and beyond for every customer !!!

I transferred all of my prescriptions from CVS about 6 months ago. I wish I had done it sooner! I am extremely happy with Fishburne Pharmacy! Their customer service is excellent. They are very quick with all refills. I am very pleased with my experiences at this hometown business.

Seriously couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy and pharmacist. I got bit by a spider on the weekend and didn’t even think about the pharmacy closing early. I texted the emergency number and Dr. Garber was out to dinner for his anniversary out of town. He went above and beyond to go to the pharmacy when they got back to town and brought me my prescriptions to my house because I was afraid that I would have to wait until Monday to get them and the infection was going to spread. I have never had such amazing customer service. Will recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

I’ve lived in a number of places, and this pharmacy is top notch. The staff is conscientious and friendly, the pharmacists knowledgeable and careful. They communicate well with Drs offices and insurance, and always have my medication. The best part is when I pull up to the window, they not only know who I am, but usually have my script ready to go.

Dropped off on 11/21, came back on 11/27 was told it wasn't ready and would NOT be ready until 12/4 .... this was NOT a special order.

Dave Garber and his staff are easy to work with and take care of their customers. You will be taken care of and your life is safer due to they are cautious and careful with your prescriptions. I would not trust anyone else in this area!

I'm only giving 4 stars because of the pharmacist himself. Every time I call I get the same woman who appears to be absolutely miserable. Why?? It makes no sense to me.
