We stayed two nights at Heritage Hill B & B while in Virginia for weekend concerts held at UVA. Charlottesville is only 30 minutes away from the property which itself was located only a few minutes from local restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean with a king sized bed, full bathroom with tub and TV. There are a total of 3 rooms upstairs off of a large hallway. At one end there is a fridge for guest use as well as a cabinet that is home to a keurig, coffee, tea, small snacks, and related supplies. Downstairs is a living room with a large flat screen TV and comfy seating. There is an outdoor seating are and fire pit as well. Breakfast was served at 9:00 both mornings in the downstairs dining room where I was greeted with fresh local coffee, juice, homemade baked goods (cinnamon rolls and pumpkin coffee cake), and a fresh fruit plate. This was followed by a hot breakfast (quiche and eggs & bacon). The food was made better by the company of the other guests and the owners Dana and Scott. In my opinion, Heritage Hill comfortably meets the expectations of a quaint, country bed and breakfast and sets a high standard other establishments of it's kind in the area.

This exquisitely decorated 1847 bed and breakfast is filled with antiques, has a very comfortable king bed, loveseat and is beautifully furnished in the Blue room. The bath is well appointed and fluffy robes add a luxurious touch. The breakfast was spectacular. Fresh greens with fruit and sugared pecans, the best homemade scone I'd ever eaten, shirred eggs that were scrumptious, bacon cooked to perfection and home fries as well as juice and coffee made up this fabulous feast. The setting is lovely, plenty to do and see nearby and a host and hostess that were both accommodating and delightful to visit with. I highly recommend this establishment.

My niece and I truly enjoyed out stay in the Red Room. Heritage Hill B&B was the first stop on our Road Trip to New England. The room was clean and comfortable, and very spacious. The grounds were lovely, and the swing was a great bonus; as were the animals, especially the dogs! Dana and Scott are fantastic hosts. Lest I forget - the breakfast was AMAZING!

When I came across Heritage Hill, I knew this is where I wanted to stay for a visit to Waynesboro! I was coming to town to photograph a wedding and this was the perfect place to relax in between having things to do. Dana and Scott were extremely accommodating and friendly! We stayed in the Red Room and the accommodations were so comfortable and roomy. I loved the swing out front in the yard - it was a very charming touch! Breakfast was absolutely delightful and they have fresh eggs and honey! The location was close to town as well. I cannot recommend Heritage Hill Bed & Breakfast enough, it is truly a gem!

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hill B and B. Hosts, Dana and Scott are incredibly hospitable. The historical home has been beautifully decorated and restored after careful research to ensure of historical integrity. The surrounding grounds are also a gem with a lovely patio, gardens, Mountain View's and a swing! We found our room ( the blue room) to be comfortable & well appointed . Dana and Scott added all the right touches to make for both a good nights sleep and a comfortable hangout spot to rest from a day of hiking. We've stayed in a few b & b's over the years but Heritage Hill tops our list. Dana and Scott are warm hosts, allowing us free reign of the grounds and much of the home so we could relax outside of our bedroom. Dana prepared a delicious, full breakfast to start our day. The egg soufflé was tasty and cooked to perfection. We found the location to be great, a short (maybe 15 minute) drive from southern Shenandoah NP and northern Blue Ridge Parkway. Both offering hikes and viewpoints. There are breweries, wineries, art galleries, scenic drives and museums in the area. We will definitely return to the area as there's more exploring to do --we plan to definitely stay at Heritage Hill again.

Hands down the best BnB I've ever stayed at! The accomodations were great, the room was cozy for me and my girlfriend, and Dana makes a phenomenal breakfast! The view out of the Red Room was amazing as well. Our only regret was that we didn't get to stay longer this time!
