“Staff was friendly, at the time most of the store was on holiday clearance. Sadly the day i was there they were only accepting CARD ONLY i dont know how often this happens but it was very inconvenient i had brought my children to spend their money they had gotten from family for the holidays (im not exactly a rich person). Some items weren't clearly marked and some of the items weren't placed with good signage wether it was included or not (but customers move things as well as their children! ) I did talk with a few staff and they were more than helpful to locate things around!
We would return hopefully not card only and that the holiday's have passed a little straighter (i still mostly blame shoppers or them trying to have alot of merchandise out)”
“My daughter shops for clothes here. Good prices and variety. Customer service just depends on the day. Sometimes we go and everyone's nice and smiling. Other times they are not that friendly but not where I feel the need to complain.”
