This H&R Block team is outstanding! I had a horrible experience with H&R Block when I started this process in March 2023, which led to being routed to Sharon on the day my business taxes were due. I called the office and spoke to Doree, who is AMAZING! She listened to my situation and got the right people involved to ensure I had a solution before the final deadline. Sharon, who was not planning on working today, immediately went to work. She called me and quickly learned about my documents. We encountered many issues with the H&R Block software. Sharon was running from one office to another for working equipment, all after 10 PM ET. This team did the impossible and my taxes were submitted in their system before the deadline! Sharon is great! The salon next door can kick rocks! I don't know WHY they don't move that location. All you have is a headache the whole time. I can only imagine how the employees feel!
