“Huge shout out to the AMAZING staff at Kay's. I took my damaged wedding bands to them to see if they could be fixed. Stacey took care of us from the start. She carefully examined the rings, identified the problem areas and noted what needed to be fixed. They needed to be retipped, prongs fixed and re-sized. She then set up accounts so we could keep track of the whole process.

Another staff member, Donna, called and let me know that my rings had arrived back in the store. She thoughtfully took the time to make sure that both of my rings had arrived before making the trip back to pick them up.

When I arrived to pick them up, Lisa was there to greet us and help us with the pickup process. She made sure that both my rings fit properly and they were to my satisfaction. They were just as beautiful as the day we bought them. They were STUNNING!

“Jeremy is the most kindest jeweler I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. I have purchased most my jewelry from Kays. And huge chain jeweler. I went in to get my cuban bracelet repaired. The clasp broke. They for some reason couldn't find my purchase in the system. Side note im getting my ring shank repaired on another piece i bought from kays, they are fixing it because they found it in the system. They quoted me $150 for repair. I went to Regal for a second opinion, priced me at 17.90 for complete reapir. Good as new. Shame on Kays to try to charge me 150 bucks for a repair on a bracelet I paid for the lifetime repair for.
