“Jeremy is the most kindest jeweler I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. I have purchased most my jewelry from Kays. And huge chain jeweler. I went in to get my cuban bracelet repaired. The clasp broke. They for some reason couldn't find my purchase in the system. Side note im getting my ring shank repaired on another piece i bought from kays, they are fixing it because they found it in the system. They quoted me $150 for repair. I went to Regal for a second opinion, priced me at 17.90 for complete reapir. Good as new. Shame on Kays to try to charge me 150 bucks for a repair on a bracelet I paid for the lifetime repair for. Thank you Jeremy for opening my eyes and I now have a new jeweler. If you need any jewelry needs whether it be a diamond ring to a silver bracelet or jewelry repair. Regal jewelers is the place to be.”
