First of all this is my husband's Google acc't. I am Bonnie. I have had a recent weight gain due to health issues. I went in to look for a few items that would fit me. Lari was the most helpful. She was gentle & caring which is what I needed b/c of my self image. I left the store w/ items I felt good in. Thank you Lari.

Was shopping around, in which no one offers to help, after seeing no sale sign on an item asked if on sale, “oh yes all 50% on sale, after which was informed if you see something we close at 5.00 very rude never offered to help kept on handling something personal, two others there of no interest in helping. To me her interest was getting door closed not in making a sale never bothered to check if needed anything else, more concerned in getting door closedIn the past you never pushed a customer out or lost a sale, saw other items but I wouldn’t bother that woman will go in another direction

Loft is hands down my favorite clothing store. Great clothes in the latest trends. Be prepared to pay the price, but they do often have sales. And you will always find something great on the clearance rack. Staff is super friendly.

I love this store!!! It's small, but thorough, they have a nice variety. Stylish, but not necessarily all trendy. Something for everyone. And there's ALWAYS someone available to help. They're accessible, friendly, and helpful. This is my go-to when I need a new outfit.
