Michaels is a great store with expansive craft assortments and everything needed to explore creativity. It is a one-stop shop for art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral, party supplies, decor, and much more for holidays and special moments. The store is in great shape. The employees are great, providing excellent customer service. Staff at the front of the store are helpful and nice, assisting customers in finding items. The framing department receives particular praise for amazing framing jobs. A framer politely helps with special requests, takes time to choose perfect mat colors and beautiful frames, and successfully meets customer needs even on busy days. Some customers feel the prices are way too high, but overall the service is excellent.
Good variety of craft supplies and seasonal items, and the staff are friendly. Store is clean!

Michael’s is always a fun place to visit if you into any making activities. They always have seasonal decorations to buy or that you can make yourself. This time I went to have a unique size map to be framed. They always do very professional work framing.

The women working front of store today were so helpful and nice! Couldn't find the things I needed but they could! And some things I could use instead of things I was looking for that they don't carry. So yay!
