I have two cats who need to get vaccinated soon because we're moving into an apartment complex that will not accept them without proof of immunization. We were not giving much time for this unexpected move, so we're in crunch time and doing the Pet Shot clinic at this location would be easier and less expensive than a Vet appointment. I called this store and spoke to a gentleman, who said his name was Brandon. The date I was given was July 17th. I was given the wrong date cause it was in fact July 13th. Because apparently the date was not properly updated. You should never give the wrong date for something as important as vaccines for pets or even humans for that matter. They should've fact checked on that date and called me back if they didn't have an immediate correct answer. Do Better Petsmart.

I come to this store regularly and I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience.

It takes 53 mins to get there 1x a month and they constantly weed out the products my cats like.
Its hard to find a helpful staff person.. But I think other people have a different experience and the dogs enjoy being there. Pricey but they all are Clean

Carrie very rude likes to talk down on people just because we wanted a gold fish that we had the right stuff for the goldfish and a big enough tank for the gold fish. She talked down on us because we were younger but 18. She's very rude will be contacting management she should be fired for her actions and words!!.

My 4 year old dog has cancer and I took her to get groomed as a spa day for her to have a great day before getting put down. The grooming salon covered everything and her bath and brush was free. I'm am so grateful for the amazing ladies there

We took our Aussiedoodle, Georgia Lynn, here today and are more than pleased. We have taken her to the same groomer since she was 8 weeks old, but due to extreme price increase we decided to try PetSmart. Let me just say that Bonnie was absolutely amazing. She not only did a great job with our baby, but she was also very professional and knowledgeable. We are very excited to continue bringing our girl back to her in the future. Thank you, Bonnie!

I wish there was a sign in the front dogs on the right cats on the left as it would have saved me about 50 steps but who couldnt use an extra 50?? I was looking for dog food and training treats and a cheap chew toy. I found everything but no one offered me help and when I asked about a sales sticker I was informed that the sale didnt start until the next day. Ok. Good to know but maybe she could have tried to find me something comparable on sale then. And I think the rewards program was right around 1%. Yikes!

We went to find a coat for our Chihuahua and they had lots to choose from. The people who work there are really helpful and friendly.
