paid $45 for just gel french tip. was supposed to get a massage but JUST put oil on my legs. yes, I like my toes to look nice but the main reason i go to get a pedicure is for the massage. shame on me for trying a new place. back to sweet heart nails i go. was really wanting a massage.

Tammy did a color change for my wife's hands and feet. Tammy was very professional and personable. My wife would recommend this establishment and plans to use them in the future.

Got gel-x for the first time and a nail popped off after an hour. I was very careful since I wasn’t used to them. I went back the next day and was passed off for ONE HOUR and being told to wait a little bit as 6 others came in and got serviced! They held me off until the person (Terry) that did my nails yesterday came in to fix them! She came in and sat down with an attitude and started fixing my nail without saying one word to me. Towards the end she said “that’s why I tell you to get acrylic because you break them easily”. I know what it’s like to have acrylics and didn’t want to have paper thin nails when I wanted them off. AND I don’t expect to pay $50 and have one fall off in an hour! If I did it, fine, but they’re supposed to be professionals. I’ve also never had to go to get one fixed but I’ve seen it happen at other salons and they’re apologetic, kind, and quick.
Never ever go to her! The couple of times I’ve had her, she always leaves your cuticles bleeding and has such a bad attitude for being the manager. She sits on the far left against the wall. If you have to go, only request the man who sits on the far right against the wall. He’s the only one there I’ve hadwho does good work and doesn’t tear up your fingers.
I’ll never go again. This used to be the best place in town but it’s clear that they’ve gotten comfortable with that. More concerned about their cash in hand today without thinking about the future customer base. Best way to reduce business.

My feet feel better,But I agree they rush you thru and dont give you what you want.I wanted full pedicure and got BARE minimum. Just depends on who you get I guess.

Heanry did my nails. I loved them from day one, but unfortunately, one of them broke. I went back to Pro Nails to get them fixed quickly. On Monday, my summer school started, and I decided to cut them. Heanry had no problems at all. He did a great job. I'll be back soon.

If they are busy, leave!! They overwork themselves and don’t turn people away which results in them just rushing thru your service and doing a half ass job. I went in for a French tip acrylic and the square shape was all slanted and uneven and the white paint ending up chipping the very next day. I had to fix them myself :-) so yeah. Just turn around if they’re busy.

This is the second time ive had them do an easy design on my nails, and the ones i had gotten this time did not look like the reference photo at all. They rushed doing my nails, for no reason too. The lady who did my nails, when she was finished, she sat in a chair across the room and sat on her phone, not doing anyones nails. Some of them were rude, but some were nice and complimenting me. The nails were sticking up and im definitely gonna have to get them fixed somewhere else. Ive tried to go here many times, hoping they would get better but they have not. Im very disappointed and i know i wont be coming back. I do not suggest this place if you want a design or acrylics. My mom had also gone here with me and she wanted to get her usual almond shape but they made her get square shaped nails. I got these for graduation and im immediately taking these off and finding a new place to get them redone

I came here for a pedicure and i waited 45 mins before i was even started on, then they were rude and rushed through, didn’t even give me everything they were supposed to. Final results look like crap on top of that. will NEVER be back and don’t recommend it!

I'm always reading the reviews when I'm trying to find a nail place. My daughter and myself went today and she got a manicure and I got a fill in with a design. We paid 70 for both. I am very happy with the results!! Super friendly and clean!

The nails stick up half way so there gonna come off in less then a week also had to redo the design over and over to where there’s white in the blue and i said multiple times it wrong definitely do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

I highly recommend Brian and his wife Kim they are amazing and Jamie who has been my pedicures and waxing for over 10 years I won't let anyone else do it and they are extremely friendly people ❤️
