I cannot express the gratitude toward R&M Towing. Shameful mom post:our older son accidentally locked the door of the car when our toddler was in the vehicle. Called the authorities who contacted R&M and they arrived within 10 minutes!!! Super nice gentleman and wouldn’t even take our money. Highly recommend!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. My husband and I accidentally locked our kids in the truck in a parking lot. The truck was running and the air conditioning was on so they were comfortable but were getting upset. R and M Towing showed up fast and quickly got to work unlocking the doors so we could get our kids out. Thank you so much!Service: Car lockouts

Thanks for taking care of me this morning. I requested a tow thinking my battery was completely dead but they were able to give me a jump and followed me to the recommended dealership to make sure I made it there. My battery was replaced quickly by Shamrock Auto & Tire- really appreciate you!Services: Battery

I'm so happy with the service we got from R & M towing. My husband, 3 daughters and I sat on the side of the road for over 7 hours trying to get someone to help us tow my husband's truck. R & M was the ONLY towing company willing to come out and help us and they got to us really quickly considering that their driver had to get up at 4am and drive to Greenville from the other side of Waynesboro. I'm so relieved for their help and the driver was really friendly. When R&M says 24hr service, they ACTUALLY mean it! Next time they will be the first place we call so we don't waste 7 hours getting the runaround.Service: Special vehicle towing
