we were not notified about our delivery/time on the ‘day of delivery’ - a courtesy call after waiting a week to let us know the table was in and would be delivered the next day would have been sufficient since i was told it came in yesterday. the voicemail was rude and said ‘they didn’t have time to wait’ after we have spent over $700 and have waited a week as well. i spoke to the manager - he was rude and not helpful as he was the one that left the voicemail. i rather go spend twice the amount of money somewhere else with good customer service then shop here for my home.

PURCHASING MY ADJUSTABLE BED AND MATTRESS WAS EASY. I WAS ABLE TO TRY OUT TWO TYPES OF ADJUSTABLE BEDS WHICH ENABLED ME TO MAKE MY CHOICE. FINANCING WAS EASY.

Our sales lady Pat was absolutely wonderful, so patient and helpful so knowledgeable. It took me some time to make up my mind about which bedroom suit I wanted. Finding the right color the right style. She was so very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Schewels has been very good to me for several years now. I have completed one financing purchase with them and just started another. They were very prompt when I needed to use the warranty I purchased and got me a replacement as soon as they knew it needed to be replaced. I highly recommend them.
