Short but not sweet, do not store your belongings there, you can buy best lock and insurance from them but will not protect your belongings from mice, but Liz stated she’d be pissed too but their lease covers them!!! More to say later

They are some of the most dishonest, rude people I've ever met. Sold my storage out from under me without any kind of notification, when I found out it was being auction they would not allow me to pay my balance. Goes much deeper but to much to tell.

The lady in the office was rude as inquired about a unit for my son who is a United States Marine and away right now. She was rude when I asked about the military discount, which is a very sad 5%, by-the-way. She treated me as though I were bothering her with my questions. Poor attitude and very unprofessional representation of the business.
