I have visited this T-Mobile twice and the customer service has been excellent. I would especially like to commend the Store Training Manager, Shawn, for his professionalism, his knowledge and his ability to listen to my concerns and provide solutions. The other gentleman that helped me a different day was also solution oriented and polite. Thank you, I appreciate the expert assistance.

There were only two people working there on Friday afternoon. Both were helping people set up the phones which can take an hour. I waited 45 minutes and had to leave. While I was there, two other people came in and left. This is what happens when one big business buys another. Customer service suffers.

Worst service ever it seems that Shawn was in charge and all though he was knowledgeable. he and the rest of his staff besides the old man were rude and acted like I was bothering them buy coming in it was not a good atmosphere and I personally and my husband will never go back there and it makes me regret coming to T-Mobile I was with boost should’ve stayed I will find a new store where my business is welcome I gave one star if I could I’d give them negative 10

Attempted to stop in to drop off gateway, was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for a rep to show up to start serving other customers, of which at least 4 were sitting there, by a guy doing nothing. Said he could not provide me an estimate for how long it would take to be seen. Terrible experience, just drop off your hardware at UPS instead!

Staff very rude. I went in to help an elderly friend who wasn't able to come in and the staff member I was talking with started having a conversation with another coworker like I wasn't even there. Very poor service.

I just have to share my experience. After being with Verizon since 2003 I am beyond frustrated with them in everyway. My husband and I decided to do some research on different companies and after meeting Marcus, it was over. Marcus sat and explained everything to me in comparison (he used to work at Verizon) and I have to say I really appreciated his honesty. Talked to my husband and we were actually able to put his mom on our plan, all get new phones, and save money with a better network. Marcus spent all day with us making sure everything was correct and we were all good to go. Steve and Paige were also involved and helped out so much! Steve is the manager and absolutely exceptional! So far our service has been top notch along with our experience at TMobile! Very glad we made the switch and had this wonderful team to assist us. Go see Marcus!!!!!!!

Manager Angela Burns went above and beyond when my GPS stopped working in my phone. After trying everything in the book to fix my phone she replaced it for free....well done! If everyone had an attitude like you the world would be a much better place. Thank you for your expertise and your patience!

I don't do reviews very often--just when I get really good or truly awful service. Today I want to talk about my T-Mobile experience at the one on West Main Street in Waynesboro.I hate getting a new phone. I don't talk the same language as the people in the store. The technical mumbo-jumbo is way over my head. I had tried just before Christmas at another location and ended up getting frustrated and leaving. I took a friend with me just in case I needed support.This past Wednesday on April the 5th, I went to T-Mobile at 6 p.m. and it was here that I met JoJo. I told her what I wanted and when I did not understand the tech terminology my friend helped me and then helped them to understand what I was trying to get across. JoJo was patient, so friendly and had a great personality. She realized pretty quickly, all I wanted was a phone that I could use. I know how to use my phone.At the same time, I wanted the best phone and camera I could get. I bought the S23 Ultra Plus and it has a large screen (it's a little heavier) plus I bought cover and new chargers for car and home. I like the high speed chargers. JoJo made my experience wonderful. I was able to get my phone, have everything transferred from old one (S20) to new one and I was leaving the store in about an hour between asking questions and picking stuff out. Everything was wonderful.I started doing set up on my phone and I managed to mess up. Somehow my husband could not call me. It was getting blocked from our home phone, so on Thursday, I went back. Nice young man listened to me and said he wasn't sure what I was talking about. Like I said, I don't talk the same language. He said he needed to get someone with a little more knowledge and he went to the back and lo and behold, he came back with JoJo.I started explaining I had a problem, my husband could not call me and even though my home number was on contacts--it was coming up private number and getting blocked. She had my husband call her cell to see if it could be the home system and he was able to call her cell. She started looking at my phone and found out I had missed something while setting it up. JoJo fixed it, my husband can now get through and life is wonderful.T-Mobile needs more JoJos.Every customer needs a JoJo in their life. Great service, knowledgable, able to deal with non-tech folks, good sense of humor and so friendly. She kept me from getting irritated and stressed out. Thank you, JoJo! T-Mobile give that lady a bonus!

I'm sitting here and I must say this has got to be the friendliest staff ever. They greeted me with open arms and love. They met all my expectations and Sonya, my Mobile Associate is the bomb diggity bomb. I'll definitely refer my friends and family to Tmobile due to my positive experience. Happy customer here. Good job Tmobile crew at the W Main St location. ?

Sucks I went there for one small thing there were 3 other people being help so I went to sit down. I wasn’t acknowledge until 10 minutes later. No one asked me if I needed help so I walked over to the manager or whomever he was said I’ll be with you when I’m done with this customer so I said no problem. I was the only black person in the store. I waited and waited 2 people walked in (white woman) he immediately said I’ll be right with you. 2 mins later her walked over to them to help them. I’m still sitting waiting to get helped. I was so upset because why would you have me wait almost 30 and still not help me but as soon a white person walk in you help them. I left the store upset and angry I will never again have anything to do with T-mobile.
