A unique and appreciated feature is the on-site pet wash. The staff is known for going above and beyond to help, such as working with customers on affordability or providing items like dish soap for a dog's allergy at no charge. The ladies at the Staunton store are always ready to help you and some of them are very knowledgeable about what you need for your situation and the product they have. I don't do much shopping at the Waynesboro store but I am sure they operate the same!
