Incompetency is bad for business, they don’t keep their word and can’t even deliver, which is their only job. Management is helpless. Twice now, they’ve failed to deliver my freight after intentionally scheduling with them over the phone the previous day. So I had to drive to waynesboro and pick up the order myself, twice. To make things worse, the first time this happened, they tried double billing me and I had to deal with unsolicited phone calls for days on end. What a joke.

Company has no value in people. Drivers are treated like livestock. City drivers have favor road drivers and extra board drivers are treated as the bottom tier. Lousy outdated trucks with logos stripped off of them that make them look tacky and junky. Lousy slip seat operation

I received a freight delivery yesterday for the company I work with and was very pleased with the service provided by the UPS Freight Driver that dropped off the gym equipment for our facility.The size of the delivery combined with the less than ideal parking location made it a bit difficult, but we were able to get it off the truck quickly and safely. Thank you, Dwayne Wagner!!
