I was passing through and visited this store today for some help with my new phone. The employee that greeted me, took me to his desk and started to get to work. He was able to fix the issue quickly and review my account while I was there, so everything went well. I wanted to leave these employees a review because I overheard another couple of representatives trying to work with a very unhappy customer that was cutting them no slack. Kudos to them, they handled it professionally and I was not the only one to notice, as I was leaving another lady told them they did a good job!

Beware of the Verizon store as it is an independent Dealer , and not associated with Verizon corporate at all. They play by their own set of rules, and have no regard whatsoever for the customer. As a business owner, with several lines and devices, I expected a little more from this store when it came to assisting my dispatcher with help with her iPad. They charged her $40 to activate her iPad that was already activated with Verizon. She relayed to the salesman, James, that it was a business account and there should be no charge and he said “are you calling me a liar? “ When I, the business owner learned of this, I told her to return every piece of accessories she had bought from the iPad from the store immediately and get her money back. I also contacted corporate about the behavior of the salesman. But it gets worse, she returned, and A woman manager Had gotten very confrontational with my mother who is 70 . See her experience below“I wanted to share my awful experience with you at Verizon. I went back to return everything and was treated horribly. The lady helping me said they had to charge me a transfer fee because we didn’t buy the equipment at their store. That’s when I called my daughter and she talked to the lady. The manager came over and started slamming items on the table saying to the representative, we need to be done with this….referring to me. She was so rude to me, accusing me of coming in before making problems. I don’t know what she’s talking about. I don’t even have Verizon as my carrier. I don’t even know what to say. Every time I tried to explain the situation, she said ENOUGH! She wanted me out! I wasn’t allowed to talk. In all my years I’ve never been treated so poorly!!! “ This behavior from a store representing Verizon is absolutely disgraceful.

The best Verizon store, sales representatives and store manager ever. No matter what issues we have, if we are wanting an upgrade or just have some questions they are always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done in a swift manner without any headaches for us. We have been customers for many years due to this!

Absolutely despicable behavior. I walked in to switch to Verizon service and witnessed what looked like a sales rep and a manger berating an elderly woman who was on the verge of tears. I stood in horror as the woman tried to communicate with the employees only moments before they started yelling at her to leave. I left immediately, if this is the type of behavior Verizon condones I will not be giving them my business and encourage others to reconsider their choices.

I put a one star review because in store. My husband normally receives great help. The one star review is because of the woman that answered the phone over and over telling my husband he would receive a call back different times and never did. Also watch Verizon for costs they hide and add. Verizon cloud. Automatically added. Almost 6 dollars a month. And apparently they charge you a pretty significant amount to transfer your information. Also not disclosing. Verizon if you wonder why you get sued. It is because you are shady. And in response to reaching out to your customer service. The system wants us to deal with the computer system. Not a real person

Assisted by one of the most Phenomenal Sales Agent I ever met named Tessa . Her PR skills were sharp and incomparable .In under an hour I was in and out with a functioning phone with all data completely transferred to my new gadget.Nothing but an asset to her employer .
