The Walmart was a perfect place to grab last minute tissue paper for wrapping gifts. I was surprised that there wasn't more customers on Christmas Eve.

Please, carefully consider if the convience of the auto center is worth your vehicle. On 3/11/23 i had an oil change and a fuel injection cleaning done. Within minutes of leaving it felt like a misfire but, would clear up. After 40 miles it was sputtering, missing and check engine light was on. I limped it home and it had codes for misfires on 2 and 3 cylinders. I pulled the plugs thinking maybe a bad plug from carbon being cleaned off. To my horror I found one plug to be missing the ground electrode. I replaced the plugs and no change. I had it towed to a repair shop for diagnostics. The mechanic found the problem to be low compression in the cylinder with the bad plug. WHen the mechanic inspected the old plugs that i kept, he stated that it was Prolonged Preignition Damage. He stated that if a cleaning is not done properly by being done too fast and not being allowed to Heat Soak that this is what occurs. He surmised that the broken/melted piece of plug had damaged the cylinder, valve and piston causing the low compression. AND to top it off oil was over a quart over full which he stated would cause other damages to the engine. After 5 days of trying to catch the Store manager calling and leaving my phone number 5 TIMES i decided to ask for the District managers name and number but, convieniently, I was told that could not be given to me and I had to wait for the Store manager. I decided to speak with a Legal department and was told that before hiring an attorney that I should exhaust all efforts to let WalMart correct the issue and was given a Claims department number for WalMart. I sat on hold for over an hour and was "disconnected". I called back and sat on hold for 2 1/2 hours. (I took a screen shot of it) before being "disconnected" again. I am now on the 3rd call and currently at 45 minutes. The vehicle is a 2016 with barely 100k miles on it and now a major company cant be bothered. I understand accidents happen but, you need to be responsible before you end up in court and on the local news. This is the kind of thing that got Sears Auto Centers shut down and look at them now. Worst customer service I have been exposed to in my 54 years.

My family and I just went to this Walmart to exchange a video game. The game was for the Nintendo's that have removable controllers which we weren't aware of until opening the package and attempting to use the game. The issue arose when we went to customer service to exchange the game. The women who was gonna assist us had a very aggressive and stand-offish attitude as soon as we came up to the desk. I did not get a very welcoming vibe from her. We were told we couldn't exchange it due to a 'copyright' law since the packaging was already open. Which is cool and dandy, we understand that, yet the women who was assisting us tried to compare it to us trying to return a cake. We wouldn't return a cake and I don't know anyone who would. She talked to us as if we were kids who had no understanding of the situation and as if we were below her for not knowing about the copyright law. Instead of being rude and hostile towards your customers worry about the bigger issue going on inside your mouth. Sincerely, walmart customer

Ok I know that I'm going to get slammed for this but here it goes. A lot of reviews are negative remarks. 1. The parking lot littered. "The business here in this sweet town needs to respect the people that live here". Well I have to say this, how about the people that live in this sweet be respectful to this town and the business parking lots. How do you think the trash got there in the first place?

Shopping at this Walmart super center is consistently not a pleasant place to visit regardless of what you need or expect. It's extremely difficult to find anyone that can assist you if you need to locate an employee or store associate. It is always understaffed and it's obvious that the store manager is responsible for the issues that I encounter every time I go there. However, most of the employees are helpful and friendly and are doing a great job... They just do not have enough help to handle the volume of customers that shop there. You'll immediately notice that all of the shopping carts are in need of repair or replacement... and sometimes they are all in the parking lot (not inside at the entrances)... Wheels sound like they are going to fall off, and often near impossible to push... Shelves are unorganized and often are not stocked as they should be. When you checkout you will find no more than 3 checkout lanes open and there backed up into the isle normally. Self check out is just as bad. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days on my last visit which was shortly before the store was closing at 11:00 pm. This store needs a visit from the district manager to fix the problems that make for a negative shopping experience...

I am a resident in Waynesboro Virginia and I want to make you aware that the property you own is always very littered and it is frustrating to see so much litter. This is an eyesore for all of us that live here and those that visit our sweet town. Please do something on a daily basis to remedy this issue. All businesses need to be responsible to the town and its residence to be neat, clean and give back to the community that supports it. The parking lot, grass areas behind the store, basket area when entering the store, the green spaces around the store are all littered. Please contribute to our town and not detract from it by doing your part to keep it beautiful Thank you

Unfortunately, the great experience with the Grocery Pickup at Walmart (at several other locations) had to come to an end. A very unpleasant employee yelled at me and then threw my groceries into the trunk of my car.

The worst customer service desk ever!! 20 people in line and they won't open another register. Poor management!! There are some good employees. But this area needs work!! They need a more efficient manager.

Customer service here is just horrible. Went to exchange an item as per the customer service call center. Took over an hour, and the CSR manager on duty (Rachel) has ZERO customer service skills. She really has no business working in public. Awful attitude, and demeanor. She definitely got my inner bitch worked up today

People actually work in this store! They were in the aisles and helpful when you asked a question. Not the norm when I go into a Walmart and that's great. They had everything we were looking for except one thing in the books/magazine section. I noticed the available reading material is cut down to barely nothing around here. Very scarce and repetitious. Some Walmart stores offer variety but not here. Not bad overall.

Check expiration dates on all food items. Bought salami and didn't realize til I got home (30 minutes away) it was 10 days past expiration. Pesto sauce also expired that day. I didn't want to waste an hour and a half of my life to go back so I took pictures before I threw the stuff away. Didn't get back there til 2 weeks later and customer service acted like jerks over refunding it because I didn't bring the items back. How about you apologize for selling expired food and wasting my time??

This store is a joke. We were just there at 10 pm. 2 registers out of 24 were open with 10+ people in both lines. The wal mart greeter just sitting there picking his nose. No help in any department. Lights off in some parts of the store. Target just a mile away BLOWS THEM AWAY.

I went in with my elderly grandfather so that he could buy my grandma vitamins, and he wanted a pack of margaritas. He wasn't allowed to purchase them for himself because I was with him. They were not for me, he is over 60, and I am over 21. I will never visit another Walmart again, and I usually shop here once a week. I will spend my time and money elsewhere!

The past 5 times I've been here the lines at checkout have been ridiculous. Hire more cashiers.
