The worst customer service desk ever!! 20 people in line and they won't open another register. Poor management!! There are some good employees. But this area needs work!! They need a more efficient manager.

Normally Wal-Mart Photo is great but today n that b was not the case. The machines were very slow. One lady made a complete book and the computer lost every bit of it. The staff were doing everything they could to help but I think they need new photo kiosks

Rude and arrogant staff. Just because you wear a white jacket doesn't make you special. Patients in mental facilities wear white jackets too!

Customer service here is just horrible. Went to exchange an item as per the customer service call center. Took over an hour, and the CSR manager on duty (Rachel) has ZERO customer service skills. She really has no business working in public. Awful attitude, and demeanor. She definitely got my inner b**** worked up today
