I have a vintage bike so finding parts is always a challenge. I recently needed a part and thought I would ask the parts department if it was available.
Of course like so many others it was not. However, Erin and Darrell found another source that had the part and provided the information to me.
Their help was much appreciated !

I highly recommend Wayne Cycle Shop. Grant McBride was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure my every need was met. The whole staff was very friendly. Their prices were the best too! I was travelling through the area when I had the misfortune of a flat. Was able to get the bike in an hour before closing time and get the tire replaced. Big thanks to Erin, Tom, and Dave getting me taken care of quickly and back on the road!

called in a panic on a Saturday to get tires after traveling from TN to Shendandoah and showing wires. The Wayne Cycle team prioritized myself and my buddy and had us rolling down the skyline with fresh rubber within a few hours. Great customer service overall and prices were fair.

Recently purchased a Yamaha Viking from Wayne Cycle Shop. To note, this is my second new purchase from Wayne's and each time the customer service and vehicle selection was outstanding!
My sales rep Greg (both purchases) and Gini (F&I) have been very accommodating to work with. In regards to service after the sale. Great communication, thorough understanding of services provided and performed on schedule. Great place to do business with!
I'll be back...granddaughter is growing up quick and there's definitely a four wheeler in her future.

We worked with Grant (Sales) and Gina (Finance) in purchasing our first ATV ever!! I was nervous about diving into a whole new hobby, but the helpfulness and level of customer service received, eliminated all angst allowing me to see first hand how a business should be operated. Grant made sure we understood the machine we were interested in and Gina made the finance so easy, even a caveman with social anxiety could do it!!! I will be back and so should anyone interested in power sports.

After riding over 250 miles yesterday on my rebel 300 I was unsure about some maintenance and stopped in for service. Tim helped me right away. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. If you ride, I highly recommend this shop and service center!

My Motorcycle broke down on the side of the highway during a long trip, everyone here took care of me, was courteous and fixed my issue incredibly fast. Tom and Tim were both super accommodating and informative to me. Cannot recommend enough.

I bought a new motorcycle this past Saturday. All of the sales team were patient, knowledgeable, and even fun to speak with. I test drove 2 motorcycles and loved the second choice! There was no sales pressure - the staff worked well with me to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase. Was a FANTASTIC experience. Thanks to all.
Also - I interacted with the parts folks, too, who were also helpful and friendly.

Tim, Tom, and Darrell fit me in at a moment's notice with a new tire and new chain. Gave me priority service as I was traveling through and saved me from a breakdown halfway across Canada. Can't thank them enough!

I called about a 24’ Honda xr650, Grant gave me a great price. We set an appointment 3 days out as I live 2.5 hours away. I didn’t put any deposit down, but he guaranteed me the bike, he even went as far as putting a sold sticker on it congratulating my wife and I. I had my kids with me the day of purchase, they were greeted with lollipops and treated very nicely. Great service, amazing people skills. Gave me a free hat and assisted with loading my bike and strapping it down. Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking for a great Powersports buying experience without the dealers that price gouge and only care about how fat your wallet is. Wish I had more money so I could go buy another.

If you need to buy a bike there - it's great! If you need to get your bike serviced PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go somewhere else! Go to Wayne's if you want unimaginable long delays (2 months) when your bike is being worked on for warranty
