I worked there and grown people, even in management, will harass other employees and if you report said harassment, NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT!!!! Joe is a lying troublemaker that gets praise from management. I got suspended for saying something myself to Joe. Joe called the cops and lied saying I shoved him and cursed him out and now I have a court date that is all based on lies. They fired me after I met with them and they told me they would call me and let me know when I could come back to work. All of what I'm saying can be proved thru video camera and texts saying that I never cursed him. Joe called the cops at 11:47 saying I was a threat when I left at 3 and never returned to the store again that night. I feel I was wronged by Black Diamond bcuz they know the truth and fired me when they found out I had a court date bcuz of Joe lies. I also had to hear from a customer that I no longer worked there. They didn't care enough to even give me a phonecall.,.. RYAN

Most of the employees are great and friendly(I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Rhonda). They have the cheapest cigarettes and tobacco products that I have found in a 50-mile radius. They do get very busy at times .

Oh my! I signed up for a rewards card, and forgot to check it. I saved a $1.25 on my gas visit! The cards are worth the trouble, and Tuesdays are double points days!

Great place. If you get a rewards card, you get good deals. The service could be a little better and faster. But still a reasonable place to get what you need.

Worst experience ever!! I went to marathon to get a vape pen and charger, that's all. I told the ladies 3 times what I wanted. They finally rang it up and it was 59$. I said that seems high for just a pen and charger. So I went home and opened it. There was NO charger, which was MOST important. That's why I reiterated it THREE times. I went back that night, but the cashier said he wasn't able to do refunds, so I'd have to come back when the manager was there. I had to leave for the beach that night, so I just took it back today. I had to speak 3 different rude cashiers telling me they didn't do refunds. This was he FIRST time I was even told that. So FINALLY, the 3rd lady writes some sort of check and they handed me 40$. So I'm still out 20$ for absolutely nothing but the incompetence of the cashiers. Thanks Black Diamond. I'll make sure to take my business elsewhere.
