“I have shopped at this location for the past seven years, and I have seen them thru all kinds of managers and staff. I had stopped shopping there over the past two years because of poor store condition but I shopped there yesterday and was so pleased. The store looked fantastic! It was clean stuff on shelves and organized. Connie, your new store manager, is doing an excellent job. She has hired hard working staff to surround her. One of her new hires, Pasty, is one of the hardest working employees I have seen in a while. Mary Ann, another employee, is always smiling and friendly. It is such a pleasure to shop there again! My hat off to Connie for a job well done!”
“Just left the store and had to acknowledge the employee who rang me up. The date is 6/2/2023 and the time was about 8:50 pm. Didn't get her name but I think she's new because I haven't seen her in there before. Absolutely the most friendly, outgoing person I've ever dealt with in a retail store. Dollar General would do itself a great service if they hired a hundred more like her. Kudos to that young lady and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves as I'm not easily impressed with most people.”
“Ah the dollar and a quarter to 5 bucks store, I frequent this one for the friendly service and impulse purchases. The only thing that ever spoils a trip is horrible other people. I've witnessed people using coupons or complaining in a long line. It's the dollar tree grow up and be thankful they don't have a long stick to bust over your empty head. Also very clean store.”
“I love going to the Dollar tree it used to be a Dollar tree now they raised their price to $1.50 why raise your prices people having hard enough as it is nowadays”
“I prefer this DG over any other located on Fort Henry Drive! And there's a lot of them believe me you! The folks at this location are just great employees and great people! They're always kind and they keep shelves stocked better than almost all the others I have been in as well! Gotta give a shout out to the gang at the DG on the right just before the Hardee's going toward JC on Fort Henry. However I know all those folks have been working dang hard for just as long as I have since this Pandemic started way back when. Good job folks and thank you.”
“It's one of my favorite stores. I stopped in there a couple times at least a week. The store is always clean. And if you can get in there after the delivery truck comes you can find all kinds of stuff that you never see through the week. That's my favorite time to hunt for pretty things”

“First time I had been to this store. The van that I transport my cousin Kim in needed driven to keep the battery charged. Any way I was in Weber City and I needed to drive it a little bit so I called Mom to see if she wanted to go for a ride she said yes... Of course!!! I told her that I needed some Drain cleaner. Well as we passed the Food City in WC it was a packed Friday night. So I said that they would probably have some kind of drain cleaner at The Dollar Store and she agreed n mumbled yep. So when we got there I couldn't believe all the selection's that they had ad there. Every aisle was packed with E V E R Y T H I N G!!! If they don't have it... Then you don't need it! Still have those good Prices too. Great place to shop for odds n ends. I just wish they had a seat so I could get off of my feet, legs, and back. Merry Christmas remember the reason for the season. “It's a Nice & clean, bigger place than the one it replaced by far it was soon tiny. The best thing about this store... aside from it really being directly off the main highway at the 4 way red light. Which is both close & convenient to my house ?apartment actually ?Nice staff and a lot of the other stores that I have been in they are really bad to follow people around as if I were going to steal something and give them absolutely no reason whatsoever to think that previous and I've had it happen to me at other stores and locations with different branches like different companies as well like Walgreens there's a couple that are the same exact they have more boys Undercover the following table around fishing alone am I going to be able to get in trouble and offended at the same time, which doesn't happen at this location and that's the awesome part being able to shop in peace with out being pushed up on and surveiled on, followed from the jump full ride & escort & 4 no reason multiple times at various other stores as well..I get it..theft for a business is bad biz...”
“I absolutely love this store. It's always clean, the shelves are well stocked and the customer service is the best thing of all. Everyone is always kind and helpful. This store in my opinion is the best of the Dollar Stores in Kingsport. I would highly suggest it to anyone.”

“Still once again best place ever. I get tested like family and they all have known me my whole life. It’s so wholesome and fun walking in. If I could give Allen 2000 stars for the job he does and work he puts in I would. He is the best employee this company could ask for he’s there from open to close most days but it always brightens my day when I get to see him! They all kept up with my pregnancy and absolutely adore my son since he’s been born. If I don’t have to shop anywhere else I won’t because the vibe and love I get from there. 10/10 recommend shopping here for whatever you need. Like I said Allen is the bestest! I love to go in just to talk sometimes. Never had a bad experience and I love all the employees.”
“There is two employees that work here that deserve a raise AND SO MUCH MORE,The beautiful blacked haired girl has always helped me when I come in with my children, she always has a smile on her face and I've never seen her be rude to a customer, and then the amazing man with long hair who has always been sweet and asked me how my day was, find items I couldn't find and he even helped me pay for me food when I was $1.00 over. I know dollar general gets a lot of hate but these two employees are amazing, I wish I knew there names but ether way keep up the good work, y'all are amazing .”
“I'm a DG Shopper from way back & go there to shop most often.Depending on what I need to purchase, I may go to one of the Newer Bigger DG Stores! While the regular older stores still supply the demand for most essentials, it's Nice to go visit the Larger Store & See the Variety of Items they have in Stock! “Love this Dollar Tree! Staff are so kind! This year I bought doggie outfits...all offered. I got the Reindeer, the Christmas Elf (which I did professional pictures in), & the red sleeper. They sold out of every Reindeer outfit except here. I got the last one! Hope they come out with seasonal Halloween & new Christmas ones!”

“This store on website says it's open till 11 but when I went there tonight got there at 9pm and it was already closed on the door it says they close at 9pm everyday so if ur going here or any of the others keep in mind it closes at 9pm not 11pm that's all and I love shopping at these stores there are some great deals here as well”
