I’m here at the store and it’s 330 Saturday the store closes at four. I got here about 320 and I was doing work on my phone that hasn’t been anybody here. The store is closed. This costed me a customer because I drove all the way to Virginia, and to get this bearing, now I can’t I could’ve drove to another part store that was a little farther in the opposite direction but I thought this one was open At least that’s what it says online hours of operation 8-4PM

I'm new to area and being a mechanic, one of first places I went was local Napa. Randy and his staff will go above and beyond to help any way they can. Randy is straight up, honest and is exactly the kind of man I like doing business with, I'd highly recommend stopping in and checking this Napa out!

I had a great experience at Napa (Moccasin Gap Auto Parts)The store is small, but not cramped and it was a little busy on my last visit there. No worries though! These guys were fast, effective and friendly. They had every customer engaged and taken care of in just minutes. They even had some great conversation with a dash of jovial aggravation for each customer as well. I liked the environment they had created. I felt that I could ask them anything and if they happened to not have the answer, they would have it in just a minute.This is overall my favorite parts store above and beyond all other company brands, as well as All other locations ?Keep up the awesome work guys!
