Let me be clear, this review has nothing to do with their Landscaping Services as I did use them. I did get on a list for a callback from them as THEY determined they could take on another client. I eventually got a call back and twice folks came out, walked through our property and discussed our needs and both times indicated they would be back with us within a week with a plan. And, because they were working in the area, they indicated separately to both my wife and me that they would be able to start fairly quickly...I should have quantified what "fairly quickly" meant to them. After a few weeks of zero communication, I called to see if I could get an update. Nothing in return. I called a couple more times and even stopped by their offices when I was in the area. I made it perfectly clear I was not upset, but I had the cash for the project ready to go; I was willing to pay a premium for a quick turnaround. I certainly did not expect them to defer or jeopardize other clients' jobs to take care of my needs; however, I did expect a simple call, email, or text with a status regarding an estimate and potential timeframe for starting. I called one last time to get an update, I made it clear to the office personnel what timeframes I needed the work completed which was late October. I thought from early August to late October would be a reasonable time period, especially, again, since THEY called me to let me know THEY were available.I get almost an immediate email, no call, with a somewhat "terse" message that they received my "several phone messages" and that they would be able to meet my timeframes...have a nice day. I understand the labor issues most companies are dealing with these days, but all I wanted was some form of communication regarding my project. I got zero communication and basically a note telling me to go away. I told the receptionist every time I called that I wasn't being a pest, I just needed some information. She, and everyone else in the office, said that they completely understood and the "squeaky wheel gets the oil". If you plan on using them, I suggest getting a worst case timeframe for a quote and start date. If it were not for the incredibly nice lady who answers the phone, this would have been a zero star review.
