Really nice group of folks. Ordered some Yokohama tires off of them and had them install them. They got them in quick and installed for me in a few days. They went above and beyond and filled my windshield washer fluid for me.

If you want the job done in a reasonable time and properly, this is the place! We had no issues at all with work performed and they gave an accurate estimate. Staff is great and even found other issues that need to be addressed moving forward. These folks know how to do business. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to them for any repairs that are out of my DIY scope from here on out! Thank you all again!

My engine light came on on my trip home to Callao from Williamsburg. I searched garage near me and Eltham's came up. A very sympathetic lady got my car looked at immediately. As I was trying to figure out how to get home, she announced that my car was fixed! Super grateful for such friendly, knowledgeable, quick service.

Charge you for work they didn't perform. Have them replace a seat and they brought it back to me with the airbag light on. Didn't even say anything about it. I had to make a big deal about it before they would even attempt to fix the problem. Just overall bad attitude where they act like they're doing you a favor by taking your money and performing subpar work.

Shop refuses to finance/ let customers make payments. Now I'm not personally a fan of modrs service center but at least they're willing to work with their customers interested of bring greedy and always demanding every dollar up front. Hope this shop will learn to work with it's customers better in the future. One simple change could being a lot more customers in

Relatively new to New Kent and been looking for a local shop to go to when I need tires, inspections, etc. After a horrible experience last year with a different local shop that I will never go back to, I went into Eltham Auto earlier this week for a state inspection and I finally found my place! No appointment needed in the first hour of the day, which was very convenient, and everyone I spoke to was super friendly. There were no made up repairs "needed" to pass and the waiting room was spacious and clean. They will absolutely have my business in the future.
