I've been at west point ford maybe three times so far. As a new customer its not easy trusting my vehicle to someone new. I've had my own mechanic for years and so far I've been feeling well taken care of at west point ford! Hope to see their consistency continue to make a difference in their customers experience.

Fantastic service from start to finish!! Service rep Kaitlyn and Technician Harry are beyond kind, thorough and honest! We were told by another place that we needed a new engine (10K). We came for a 2nd opinion and Thank Goodness we did. They gave us 2 options with the first being a much cheaper solution (hopefully), but made no promises that it would be the final decision. Harry was fantastic and solved the problem instead of just saying we needed a new engine. They were quick, communicative, and empathetic to the idea of spending money. We will forever take our cars here and cannot say enough about their customer centered approach to service.

DO NOT GO HERE. I would highly suggest suggest going to a differnt dealer.
I bought a brand new f450 from them. I also purchased every single warranty option that they offered. 2000 miles after having this truck the tires were cupped. I brought it to their attention at 2,000 miles, their solution to the problem was to email forward and see if any other 2024 F450 has had the same issue. After no months of communication about this issue the truck finally had to go in for an oil change, and at this time I brought the issue to their attention again and they said they would check the balance and alignment. After this still waiting for Ford to email them back I had finally come in for my second oil change which I was then told by West Point Ford that there was nothing they could do because it was after 12,000 miles.
Anyway after back and forth with corporate and with West Point Ford they decided to replace the front tires. The only issue with this is that when I get my truck back to me the rims are scratched all over. They proceeded to tell me that they outsource tire replacement on these trucks. I don't really understand why they told me that because that's not my problem.
To claim to be a Ford dealer and selling f450 super duty trucks but unable to service them on-site doesn't really sit well with me. So ill be going to corporate about that also.
This dealer hired who they could not who they wanted. Strongly suggest not using this dealer.
When i spend 100k on a truck and purchase all available warranties I expect to be treated as such. Im petty and I hold a grudge so I will be doing anything and everything in my power to let them know that i am an angry customer.
