I got to Verizon around 6:15 pm on a Friday evening. I knew the store closed at 7 but thought that would be plenty of time to do what I needed. 3.5 hours later I was still there. The staff was amazing! Maurice and Carolyn were so helpful, kind, and never made me feel like they were aggravated or annoyed that I was keeping them there past closing time on a Friday. They both had the best attitude! I will continue to keep my business here!
