The team at the service department are first class. I had an issue with my truck and had to be towed in. John and the team were responsive and straightforward. They made a stressful situation less so by just being straight up honest and forthright. My truck was repaired properly and I’m back on the road!

Called Whitmore Chevrolet in West Point on July 11th about getting a safety recall repaired on my vehicle — they said they would order parts and call me when they came in. Never heard back. Called again on Sept 15th, same story, no call back. By Sept 17th, they wouldn’t even answer. So I went to Park Chevrolet in Richmond instead and had it fixed with in a week.

Owner was selling me an 80,000.00 used gmc denali truck that my credit union said no loan because the truck is listed as a buy back lemon on Carfax. Just lost my business, I have two GM vehicles that will never go back for service. Going to switch Ford. Just be aware. Good luck.

Purchased a brand new 2021 Tahoe from Whitmore. All service, everything done by Whitmore. Starting in 2023 vehicle started making a noise. Finally in February 2024, someone in service could recreate the noise. Vehicle was dropped off on 2/22/24 at Whitmore (still within full 60,000 mile warranty), and after several weeks they figured out that the differential needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, GM advised they did not have the part in stock and didn't know when they would. Today, April 19, 2024 I received a call that my vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. No loaner vehicle, no rental vehicle covered and no vehicle to drive for 2 months. Picked up my Tahoe today and was charged $20 because they had to put gas in it because of all the test driving. I have never been so disappointed in a local business.

John and Tanner are great. They have been working with my on multiple vehicles to get them back up and running and keeping them running. I come up with some lots of options questions and they help whitle them down to come up with answers. Thanks Guys in the garage cause they are the ones doing all the work with all my Vehicles.

Fantastic experience purchasing a truck here. I worked with Robert (sales) and James (finance department) and they were both a pleasure to work with and really great guys. Robert provided a no pressure buying experience and was upfront, transparent, and honest throughout the pricing/negotiations. I knew what truck I wanted to look at and didn’t have to deal with the normal dealer hassle of, “well sit down let me show you other options,” and then try to upsell you on something else. He handed me the keys to the truck I wanted to see and told me to take it for a spin and when I got back he didn’t try to pressure me into an immediate sell. When I did decide to buy the next day, James had everything ready to go for paperwork by the time I showed up to the dealership and had me out the door in my new truck in under an hour.Overall, if you are looking for a no hassle buying experience, this is the place to buy your next truck. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
