Fantastic experience purchasing a truck here. I worked with Robert (sales) and James (finance department) and they were both a pleasure to work with and really great guys. Robert provided a no pressure buying experience and was upfront, transparent, and honest throughout the pricing/negotiations. I knew what truck I wanted to look at and didn’t have to deal with the normal dealer hassle of, “well sit down let me show you other options,” and then try to upsell you on something else. He handed me the keys to the truck I wanted to see and told me to take it for a spin and when I got back he didn’t try to pressure me into an immediate sell. When I did decide to buy the next day, James had everything ready to go for paperwork by the time I showed up to the dealership and had me out the door in my new truck in under an hour.Overall, if you are looking for a no hassle buying experience, this is the place to buy your next truck. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Great customer service in my experience at Whitmore Chevrolet. I am a repeat customer having bought several SUV's here over the years. My latest purchase, the Chevrolet Silverado , is perfect for my personal and business needs. I find the staff here always willing to go above and beyond from the initial sale to the all important follow up service. I feel like I get more personal attention from a dealer like Whitmore than trying to do business with the big dealers. I'll get my next vehicle here as well.

This dealership has super served my auto/truck needs with excellent customer service. I'm thankful they go out of their way to make sure I'm getting everything I want. I had a specific Silverado in mind, which model, color, everything. Their team kept me engaged and the day my Silverado arrived I was like a kid at Christmas! The fact that they gave me much more than I expected on a Tahoe trade in was icing on the cake. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Just a completely fantastic experience all around.

Tommy made us feel like we were imposing on his time while trying to buy a vehicle from them, pretty much chased us out the door. Offered 2k less than 3 other dealerships on our trade in, and come to find out was selling us a branded/salvaged title vehicle. The other gentleman working there, very kind, told us about the title when we were about to except a really cruddy deal, because we wanted the vehicle that badly. If something feels off, follow your gut.

Pulling a trailer with our ‘96 GMC Suburban, when all of a sudden it wouldn’t shift out of second gear. Pulled in to to a truck repair place, who in turn recommended Whitmore. On the way there, it started shifting normally, but we decided to stop anyway. Not sure of the fellow’s name at Whitmore, in their service department, but he was very helpful. He came out and looked at the vehicle, checked the trans fluid, checked the color, sniffed it, and said it seemed fine. He said that probably a solenoid had gotten briefly stuck, causing the car not to shift. In the process he noticed an air conditioning valve that was leaking, and suggested changing it so we wouldn’t lose freon. They didn’t have the part, but said they were fairly easy to obtain. I likely would not have noticed it until the AC stopped working, and needing $100 or so of freon plus the valve.He was very helpful and friendly. Not only did he put our minds at ease regarding the transmission, he saved us money and further inconvenience if the air conditioning went out. We completed our trip without any more problems. Based on that experience, I would heartily recommend their service department.

Thay charger way to much to repair my truck I will don't come back here at all service guy seen nice but price thay charger for parts to high I could have alot cheaper what thay charger for parts I wasn't real happy with them at all

Went in to buy a Z71 Tahoe today. Very weird environment and experience there. Not one person in there seemed interested in selling anything! Asked if we could switch out the ugly wheels and tires they put on it for the stock wheels and tires. They said they could, but the $2,500 charge for the ugly wheels and tires would still be included. I think not! The “sales” guy was really rude. This place is terrible! I can see why they still have the vehicle sitting on their lot, been there for months.

Terrible experience. They have 18 yr olds sales and have high turnover. When making an 80k+ purchase you want someone with a little more experience than just high school. Sales has to drive the car off the lot and take you to another parking lot (very weird). They will never give you the out the door price. And are very shady with why they don’t know the final price. They install a security system and charge you for it claiming they do it to all their vehicles and you have to pay for it. This would typically be an option to add on at finance but they force it upon you at the time of $1500-2500. Very sneaky way to mark up the price. They tried to pressure me buy a car because it was the last day of the month, the price would go up, it haven’t and the car still there after almost a month. Overall very shady place, the sales personnel is not empowered by management. All they want is for you to come in and talk numbers!

Richard and Brian went the extra mile to help me with a boat repair. Brian actually came to my home as I couldn't operate the boat safely and it would never had made it to West Point dock. He drove the boat to the dock after some modest repair and I met him with my trailer and brought it to Whitmore Chevrolet who does a terrific job with boat motor repair. Highly recommended!

Outstanding buying experience from a person who has bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships. James was great. Whitmore Chevy sold me a fantastic 2022 Camaro V8 LT1 at a fair price and didn't try to upsell me on all the needless dealer options that cost a buyer with no benefits like all the others. Highly recommend. Car sales with honesty and integrity.

This dealership was very helpful to my sister in law They changed a light bulb and only charge 6-7.00 I was impressed I took my Maxama there for a oil change They charged me less than 60.00 We are both upstate NY women With out our spouse's. My brother is in the hospital We were called here and have been here for over 6 weeks It was so nice to be able to take our cars to you to get fixed and serviced I will be bringing my car to you when I visit Your service people were so nice Thank you all

Went there in Summer 2020. My Traverse brakes were spongy. I wanted to use a Chevy dealer. I had just bought the car used in June. It turned out the brake fluid was bad, so they changed it. In the process both bleeder bolts busted. I had to get 2 new calibers. It took about 3 hours wait. I got there at 1pm. Didn't leave till 4:30. My husband took me to eat during the process (after he got off work). After I sent him home, expecting my car fixed I was a told my car was not drivable. They didn't have a loaner for me. My husband had to come back. I couldn't get the car till next day. This was due to not having parts in. It cost 500 bucks. The service guy said they took off some for labor. It was not the best experience. The service guy was very kind and it seemed like they were understaffed. I can't take that risk again of not having a car or being offered a loaner. I was pregnant at the time and it was stressful. It seemed weird that both my bleeder bolts broke at same time. They broke when they were bleeding my brakes. My brakes are better but they still make a small sound. Not a good way to treat a new customer or any customer for that matter. ?
