On the website it says this business is open 24/7. I’ve been there two times and I was told by the cashiers that the store is closed at midnight . For that reason I don’t recommend this store. I get off very late at night and this 7 eleven is the closest to my house and I like to stop and get a few items when I get home from work.

I wouldn't normally think to review a 711, but all the staff here are so friendly and sweet! It's a nice feeling when you go to a business for pretty unimportant purchases and leave feeling happy and that your day is a brighter because the staff are just chill, nice people, who share a smile. Kudos to you team :)

All of us need 711. They seem to be on every street corner. My guess is they are spaced out every .02 miles or so. This would be for northern Virginia at least. Here you can pick up a quick snack or drink. To those who smoke or enjoy beer, they have you covered. Here the staff are pleasant and helpful enough. It can get quite busy. That's due to a dense population of dense people mostly. Have found this one quite clean and organized. If you're in the area it works. On a hot day a cold bottled water helps.

7/11 is one of my favorite places on earth, and I've been a loyal customer for 50 years. This branch used to be good but has no gone downhill. There's a new employee (youngish, very short, Subcontinental) who's rude, incompetent and unprofessional. He's a j**** in other words. He won't make eye contact or speak to me. Instead, he talks on his phone or has conversations with other employees while you wait. The whole point of 7/11 is NOT waiting. Today I had him scan my app and told him my coffee was free because I had a reward that says "free coffee." Not complicated. He said it wasn't free and made me pay. Maybe if he had bothered to look at me or the app on my phone, he wouldn't have made this mistake. But when I tried to explain the issue, he walked away.

There is an Indian working there that looks like he has Down syndrome. Rude, talks down at you and gives irritated vibe when asked some simple questions and treats customers as nuisances. The worst 7 eleven experience. Avoid this place.
