The guys behind the counter never smile. Not sure what is wrong there but I don’t feel completely comfortable asking for change for the vacuum. Lost 6 quarters in it and was like an interrogation to get my change back.

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle here to be serviced. The amazing service I received the first time was not the exception, it is absolutely the rule. Their customer service is outstanding, they are quick, and the work is high quality. They now have a very loyal customer in me.

This is a gas station. I pumped my own gasoline, and interacted with a pump. The price was the exact same as every other shop near by. Three stars because, who cares?Why are we giving stars to gas stations? There should just be a "yes or no" feature for places like this. "Why yes, I successfully paid $50 to fill my own truck with moderately priced rotten dinosaur juice at this establishment." Or "No, the overpriced blue winshield squirt refill jug was not blue enough." We're trying too hard here folks.

It's an ordinary gas station with a small convenience store and full service garage. Sometimes they are out of towels next to the pumps and in the winter the windshield water freezes even tho they have plenty of windshield antifreeze for sale. Very convenient location.

First off what a great state inspection! Plus what wonderful service, as the mechanic found a small screw in my front tire, and removed it for free. He was kind enough to show me with soap and water, it was superficial and that the tire was safe. A big relief and kind. Plus they got me in and out, which was a concern as always in a hurry. Was impressed and shall absolutely be back! As for the station itself, West Springfield is a busy area. Prices in this area for gasoline, well it's economics folks. Yet here it's competitive, and I like the room to get my truck in and out of here. There's a decent snack shop too. We all need a coffee or bottled water here and there. This is a impeccably clean gas station. Plus with great employees, am happy to recommend it.
