We have been doing our taxes here for years. Rosily has helped us year after year and we could not be happier. It has been nice to have consistency and someone who remembers us every year. Thank you Rosily for being so great at what you do, nice and friendly!

I made an appointment with Rosily, genuinely seeking help, but was instead met with rudeness and condescension. I was willing to pay for a professional service and expected to be treated with basic respect — but instead, I was talked down to and made to feel like a burden. If customers could do everything on their own, there would be no need for services like this. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine support.

We had an appt with Jane Yoon. She was clueless. So clueless in fact that we walked out after about 25 minutes. Our return is simple. We are married and both have jobs. We don’t own any property. About as straightforward as it comes. My husband had gotten a 1099 as well and she had no idea how to file it and told us to find an option off a list of about 100 choices. This is the worst H&R Block ever. Do not go here. And especially do not see Jane Yoon.

Sad Azer is one of the tax return specialist here in west Springfield location. This man was 10 minutes late upon my appointment for Saturday morning. For someone who values punctuality, this is unacceptable.
It was unprofessional from the start and I was just about to leave when this man comes in. He is also condescending, aggressive and talks down at you. Couldn’t even file or know anything about 1099B form even though I have been doing this tax returns many times without any issues with other tax return specialist. Reason I thought of using H&R Block was to save money but I made bad decision.
The man kept saying I brought the wrong form. When I realized his incompetence and straight up rudeness, I told him that I will take it elsewhere.
When I mentioned his tardiness and unprofessional conducts, he yells “I already apologized to you!” and makes aggressive hand gesture. I don’t know if this is how you behave in your culture but it’s not acceptable here in America. This is not how someone should conduct themselves. I will NEVER use H&R Block. Even if I have to pay extra and more, I will use other tax specialist company besides H&R Block.

This location is absolutely terrible. I would give them NEGATIVE 5 stars. 3rd year in a row where I have had my simple taxes not processed correctly and have had to sit on the phone with the IRS to get everything figured out. Completely unacceptable . Will NEVER use them again.

I'm not sure why this location has such a low rating. My experience today was great. I arrived on time for my appointment and my tax professional Jane grabbed me before I even had a chance to sit down in the waiting area (which appeared clean and tidy). I'm not sure if the office is always so well-organized or if I got lucky with it being a holiday (Easter Sunday). Jane was friendly and got right down to business. Some minor chitchat, but nothing excessive, and she answered any questions I had along the way. The appointment itself took a little over an hour, which seemed spot-on for my fairly uncomplicated tax return. It took a few extra minutes for the in-office system to link with my online account (prior to this year, I had always filed taxes myself via the H&R website), and I had some technical challenges toward the end with confirming acceptance of my return from my phone (because I couldn't initially remember the password to my account), but those were minor inconveniences in an otherwise smooth and pleasant process. And what I paid was right on par with the national average for tax preparation fees. Will definitely consider using them again if I ever feel like I can't handle filing myself.

I had a 4:30pm appointment with Rosily Chetupuzha. We checked in and waited for an hour past our appointment time, and she did not acknowledge us, or offer to reschedule. We watched her take a walk-in "appointment" ahead of us. Completely unprofessional, and I'm glad to take my business elsewhere.
