We just recently moved from Delaware to Virginia, and on our way back Delaware for an important meeting, I had a flat tire. Luckily, I saw this Shell Gas Station with repair services. I spoke to the guy at the counter and asked if they can fix my flat asap because I have to drive back to Delaware for an important meeting. At first he said 45 mins but will see if there’s anything he can do. Went back to my vehicle and 2 mins after, a mechanic walked towards me and fixed my tire. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry that I wasn’t able to get the name of the guy, but hey, you got another customer because we moved 2 mins away from the shop. Thank you for being considerate.

Thanks to each Cardinal Plaza Shell Staff, as each of you go beyond a great service team. I needed a ride home, no problem, I needed a lift back, no problem the service team was there for me.
I have trust in your work. I receive the best cost for repair on my car. Trust is what Cardinal Plaza Shell provides. This company goes out of its way to collect food (can goods) for the community. With this action Cardinal Forest Shell gave me $$discount.

This is a car lovers service station. Rolled in with my 71 Chevy C10 and was immediately approached by one of the employees. He was such a nice bloke. Will fuel up here again.
