If 0 stars was an option, they would get '0.' she would not read the letter I'd received from bank operations or take the steps the letter recommended to fix the issue. Had us fill out the same form that did not work before.

Seriously, who does software updates on their ATM during morning and evening rush hours? It happened at least a few times, most recently today. And there's no way I'm going in to spend 20 minutes for what should take 2. So I guess it's a special trip out there.

Horrible bank and Branch leadership. Do not bank here!I attempted to redeem a new account offer online but their application was buggy and told me to make an appointment with a branch, red flag 1.I made a phone appointment with the branch but a branch rep never called me, red flag #2.I called the branch to find out what happened with my appointment, the branch manager apologized for the miss but said they don't handle account opening over the phone, I have to come in branch. I went to the branch and 40 mins later the branch manager tells me my offer can only be done online. I'm confused because the whole reason I'm here is because the application was buggy and I made an appointment to complete it. I demand she triple check, call someone and see if she can help. She calls someone and they tell her to build my profile, she tells them she did but she can't submit the app bc it's an online only offer. They give me a phone number to call and send me home, red flag #3.Then I call the number, rep say they can submit the app for me, go through the process of asking me all my info then they get the same bug I already told them about. They tell me oh sorry u have to go into the branch to resolve. I remind them I already went to the branch. She offers to call them to find out what happened. Red flag #4.Rep calls branch manager and finds out they never saved my profile. The whole reason I went in there. So I need to go back to them.Escalate to supervisor to report bug, told app bug was a known issue. If it was known why was everyone acting confused?!Final straw. If the branch manager is clueless and messing up account openings, imagine how under qualified everybody else.

Must start banking at a different branch after 25 years. Cannot express all of the frustrations The manager, assistant manager and most tellers are worthless and flat out rude. If you enter the branch for assistance, you will be ignoredUpdate: went to the drive through yesterday. Sent my deposit through to the building. Then got no response from any teller after about 10 minutes. Had to go into the bank to get receipt-No explanation

I was entrusted to open a new business account and I saw that 3-4 people were waiting in the line, and only one middle-eastern or Indian guy, Amir, was helping all of the people one-by-one. The bank manager was also available at that time in her office, and I was expecting that she would come out to help all the people sitting and waiting in the line, but she stayed in her office. I did wait for 10-15 minutes, before deciding to go to a different bank to open the account, this was the worst experience that I have had in a bank. This was at the West Springfield branch.

Monica, the branch manager does not handle situations well at all and she treats her employees very poorly, considering they are the only reason i would ever think of going to this location.

Monica, the branch manager, made this experience SO painful. Just look at the other reviews. Somehow, she made grieving the loss of a loved one WORSE than before coming to this branch for "help". I implore you to go to any other Truist branch because you will surely waste your time here.

A great example of why bank branches are closing.Workers are nice - manager would have to work harder just to be worthless.I went there Friday for them to notarize a document. The manager came out and told me the Notary wouldn't be there for a couple of hours, to come back. I asked while I was there could I get someone to straighten out my accounts? No. You will have wait a few weeks. With the merger everything is all messed up. ( I should have realized then she was of no value). So, came back 2 hours later. The poor notary was sitting there with two people & hold music on his phone. He came over and asked if he could help. I showed him the document."Hold on" He went and asked the manager if he could notarize legal documents."No".This was the same manager who told me to come back 2 hours later. He apologized and gave several helpful recommendations where I could get the documents notarized. She didn't even get up from her desk.
