They called police on 1/3/2025 while I was waiting for branch to open.
When I asked branch mgr. why, she said my car was boarded up (on my back driver side) so ..?
And she opened branch at 9:05 and very unwilling to clear line (there were already 3 customers and soon 4 but they were not ready to help customers for another 3-5 mns. ??)
Everyone’s time is important.
They had bad WORK ethics.
They should realize they get paid to work, not ordering around and wasting government resources for .. odd/unnecessary reasons.

This is the worst TD BANK , SO freaking RUDE AND LAZY , they don’t want to do anything, I just came in 30MIN before they close and they denied my service because it was going to take more than 30min like WHAT!!! The workers there are so rude and as soon as you walk in you get instant bad energy I felt like throwing up. They definitely need to change the whole staff!!!

Naomi is the worst branch manager. She deliberately caused my company damage by knowing certain procedures and acting like she didn’t know about it. How do you become a branch manager and not know certain procedures. Jason should be the branch manager not
Naomi. Now I have an account frozen with customers funds in there and no way to refund the customers or make an inventory purchase. Worst branch ever. TD needs to fire her. On top of that she trains her employees to ID certain individuals . There is racial profiling going on there as well. I was asked to see my documents I handed over my documents but then my documents were never viewed just my ID. Wish Ali or Vince was still there.

AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN.The most pathetic banking experience I have ever faced. They should change their tagline of 'America's most convenient bank'. I came in person to open account in this bank, presented all documents and got it done. And then somehow they missed something during my visit (I don't know what they missed), because I went back and applied for a credit card online and it has been 2.5 weeks waiting for an approval or denial. The CC dept says there are issues with verification and for which I went into the branch to clear it. It's been more than 10 days after that and I haven't heard anything. I was pissed and proceeded to cancel the application. So I have a hit on my credit just because they can't perform simple tasks related to banking.A simple Zelle transaction has not been credited to other account and it's been 3 days now. In the internet age, they have "THE" slowest systems. I have an account in another bank which I opened more than 4 years back and I haven't faced a single problem in all these years. I have made more visits to TD Bank than I have had to make for other bank account. They will test your patience and then some. And the worst part, you won't even get proper answers. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN.

RACIST WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Went there after dropping off my kids to school. Wanted to withdraw cash but didn’t have my card , so I went to the teller. The guy there claimed he was the assistant manager, from the start he had a horrible attitude. He started asking so many questions in regards my account ( after account was already verified by him with all the information requested) after telling him I wanted to withdraw $8000 he started looking at my relationship with the bank, etc. He said he can’t give me the money bc needs to be verified. At this point he was profiling me, his attitude was uncalled for and racist. I called for the branch manager. She was no help, she wasn’t very knowledgeable and kept asking him questions. They both said they couldn’t help me bc it needed to be verified and there was nothing she can do ( she was having him up ).So o helped myself and called customer service in front of them on speaker. Over the phone the lady said she didn’t see any restrictions on the money all was verified and it’s I can withdraw money. After seeing my initiative she then decided to pick up the phone and call verification with ACH.Again this is very poor customer service, this branch profiles and assistant manager ( tall, white man, kind of bald, skinny type) this man is racist and with the worst customer service.“ Branch manager “ not well rounded with information to assist customers. She is not a leader and shouldn’t be on the front line. She only started calling verification when I called customer service.I will be writing an email to Td bank and BBB as well.

Terrible customer 90% of the time I go in to the bank and the drive thru. Especially the drive thru. They act like you are bothering them. If it wasn't such a pain to change banks I would in a heart beat. Always short staffed. I will plan a day to close my account.

Not at all professional, they should give customer service training, they are egocentric, made to the important ones, however, they do not have the clear concept that every bank or business survives and is sustained thanks to customers. They should also have bilingual Spanish-English staff, so they will have a better ranking.

Made an appointment to open an account and was told 1 min before my appointment that the manager was out sick. Apparently this branch is not well staffed w/ enough competent employees.
