After waiting for almost an hour and a half for my appointment, that itself would warrant 0 stars. However, in all my times being here (including today) the staff and optometrist have been super professional and kind. That said, things could be ran better logistically.

Top notch service from a great staff.
Unlike at some other local Visionworks locations, they don’t hassle you when you use coupons and they don’t try to upsell you.
They take good care of you and want to make sure you’re happy with your glasses.
Great location – highly recommended!

Had and amazing experience with the team from Visionworks in Springfield, VA.
The team of Kat and Vanessa exceeded our expectations by providing exceptional service for my adult son with intellectual disabilities. The compassionate approach and commitment to assist him was evident throughout his experience. We are grateful for the care and support.

The person who helped me at the front desk told me that I would have my glasses in two weeks, it's been a month and I still don't have them and apparently I will have to wait 20 more days

I’m very upset. They were supposed call me, when my son’s contacts were ready and didn’t & it took almost a month for them to be ready.
