Even though the shop was closed Tucker came out and looked at my car. I have a Ford, and he specializes in Subarus. Dispite this he was able to identify the problem and let me know the best next steps. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Tucker is an amazing professional. If you have a Subaru he is the one to take it to. He is extremely courteous ,sensible and very knowledgeable about his craft. Highly recommend him. Thanks Tucker.

Called and showed while passing through to get advice on my Pacifica. Mr Tucker took a look and gave a favourable word on the situation, and I continued on home to NC. Car is in shop now in NC, and I appreciate his kindness to take time for an opinion.
