“From scheduling my appointment to the day of, Auto Impressions was very helpful. I went in thinking that I was going to pay some big bucks to replace both O2 sensors, was told I needed to by Valvoline….once I arrived to have my vehicle serviced, it was recommended to have a diagnostic test done to be sure that was the issue. Turns out, the filter was installed backwards from a previous visit to another auto shop earlier this year, and Valvoline missed that twice. So grateful I took my car to Auto Impressions!! I would have spent unnecessary money for a problem that didn’t exist!! Will definitely be getting my car serviced from here on out!!”

Tony and his crew installed the suspension system, replaced a bad wheel hub and did an alignment on my truck for better then a reasonable price. Now my truck rides like it’s brand new again. It was easy to select my vehicle through CMA's website, value my trade, apply for financing, then select any add-ons or service packages desired. After this, I had two brief phone conversations with Jeff Garber who was EXCELLENT to deal with. I told him what I wanted to be thrown into the deal in order for it to happen. Jeff advocated on my behalf and got me the deal that I wanted. Again, I hadn't even stepped foot in the showroom! Car was done quickly, looks great. Icing on the cake - because I’ve been busy running like crazy, my car looked like a tornado hit it - I got it back and was nicely surprised by a clean car! Despite a less than fun reason for being there, they made the experience with them really easy and painless.”

“They saved my day. I was traveling with my family and my engine light went on. I was able to make it to Charlie's after another repairshop declined to help because of staff shortage.He ran a diagnosis and we checked the sparks and coils. By the way, he told me 3 out of 4 people at his shop are on vacation...He thought it is probably one of the coils. He could order it and we could wait an hour until delivery or we could go to a parts shop down the road. I decided to go to Auto Zone and you know what, this guy was so kind to look up their stock and made a recommendation which one to buy AND didn't charged me anything!!! I gave him some Money for his help either, unfortunately, he is not near the place I life. After changing the coil, the car was running smoothly and we were able to reach our destination to start a wonderful weekend.Service: Engine repair”

“The repair and painting was fantastic. They kept me well informed. When I picked up my truck there was damage on the driver's side rear pumper that was not there when I dropped it off. The first technician was terrible he basically was oh well it was there when we got your truck even after I showed him pictures of when I dropped it off. I was upset when I left and forgot my paperwork. I went back a few days later and spoke to Robby. He was absolutely amazing! he took my truck back and touched up my bumper. It looked amazing! I wish I remembered the other guys name. He needs costomer service training! i definitely recommend them! just be sure to ask for Robby!”

“I have driven a 2007 Jeep Liberty for years and it has not been sounding "healthy" lately (bouncy, creaking, rattles...so my husband checked it into Bill Long Auto for a "complete physical" and needed repairs (mostly from wear and age). He called within a few hours to advise what was wrong and cost to repair (control arms, ball joints, rotors, pads, drums, shoes, oil change, cooling system leak...) and allowed us to use a significant coupon to reduce (already reasonable) costs when we picked it up the next day. I couldn't believe the difference driving it home! It literally ran like it was brand new!!! My husband has been wanting to get me a new vehicle, but I LOVE THIS JEEP!, and repairs to keep "her" going a few more years is much cheaper than a car payment, huge tax increase and insurance bills. Cost to repair will be justified within a year of fixing it! And we all know they don't make vehicles as durable as they used to! We moved here 3 years ago, and have always taken our vehicles to Bill because we trust him and the small staff is also very nice...They also offer a "car club card" which will save money yearly...and when he tells you how long it will take it is always the truth (unlike others!!!). Only place we will go...Great work ethics!!! CF”

“They're who I'll continue to go to and buy my tyres from. One of the rare shops to say, "We can try repairing your tyre, before you buy a new one". They also only charge $10 for a plug or $30 for a patch. They answered any and all questions I had.My 235/50R18 tyre was $124ish + $25 tyre placement. They ordered it and didn't take payment, until I came in and had tyre placed on car. Ordered it at 10am and had it in the store at 12pm. ”
