βExcellent Customer Service! JP was so kind and helpful. We came in after purchasing two tires from somewhere else and needed our tires mounted, and balanced and an alignment! They were able to fit us in with no trouble. Everyone in the shop was so nice and they got the job done super fast! We are very happy with their work and will be coming back when ever we need tires for our vehicles!β
βI almost want to keep these guys a secret because they're so good and I don't want it to become impossible to get in. Moved to the area recently and, let's face it, finding a new mechanic sucks. I failed the state inspection because my headlights were *awful* (pro tip: don't try the bug spray hack to clear the fog/film on your headlights)-pictures attached don't quite capture how awful the headlights were as I didn't take a picture after my failed attempt to clear them. In any case, these guys worked their magic and my headlights look brand new and makes a huge difference for how far in front of me I can see when driving at night. They also did a tremendous job with some auto repairs (rotors and pads, oil change, fixed a tire that had a slow leak). If you want a mechanic that takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and charges fair prices, these are your guys. Will be going to them for all my auto needs.β

βNormally I donβt leave reviews, but Ryan Gulick and the team at Caliber of Winchester truly deserve all the praise and credit possible for the exemplary service at this location. I had a nasty surprise accident on the way home from work and my dealer referred me to this location. After calling their office and speaking with Ryan, he was able to squeeze me in at short notice for a look at the damage. After arriving, he answered all of my questions, surveyed the vehicle, and was able to have my car back on the road with minimal downtime and for a price that couldnβt be beat. His and the staffβs professional and friendly attitude, combined with speedy and quality work, has left a lasting impression on me and ensured I will be referring anyone who needs work done to this location, and coming back myself if I ever need to.β

βMy car had to get towed due to a tire issue . It was late and I was 45 miles from home. I called three tow companies and nobody could come. My fourth call led me to Combs towing. He was outstanding and could have charged whatever due to circumstances.
He handle my car with care. He tried to βfixβ it enough to get it on the truck and towed to a shop. I asked him to tow me anywhere knowing I was unable to get the issue resolved that evening.
He suggested a place that was still open but near closing time. He spoke with the gentleman and they took care of me and fixed the issue.
Highly recommend Combs. He was professional and price was extremely reasonable. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ

βThese guys are top notch quality service, and they have very fair pricing. I went in for an alignment on my recently lowered car, and they got it done quickly. I noticed my steering wheel was a little off and they promptly checked to see why and resolve the issue. The issue was my tire condition so not their fault. When I stopped at a gas station on my way home I noticed a new scratch and dent, so I called them up. They reviewed their camera footage, my car didnβt have that scratch when I left, and they quickly got back to me with their findings. I really appreciated their courtesy, professionalism, and how personable they were. Definitely going back anytime I need help.β

βRons went better than expected. I had 4 new goodyear wrangler tires on my truck & damaged one & had no option of repair only weeks after putting them on my truck. Rons found the tire I needed & I was very pleased with the price & service that I got at least half price. As I said better than expected.β

βThis is the most honest and dependable mechanic we have ever encountered. More than once they have declined to perform work we thought was necessary. On another occasion we had a miscommunication that WF&D quickly corrected at their own cost. We will never use another shop as long as we are in Winchester. Don't go anywhere else.β

I showed up, the vehicle was already prepped and ready to go, paperwork (electronic in this case) was completed in less than an hour and then they thoroughly walked me through the new truck i had just signed for. βTerrific 5 star service! This morning, I had a screw in one my tires and needed a patch. I called and was told to come up and let them inspect the tire. They were able to fix it in about 20 minutes and I was in my way. The manager Paul was very courteous and professional, as was my technician Ethan who did a rapid and flawless tire repair.
I have always had VIP service at this NTB which is why when I need anything tire related, they are my first and only call.

Tim was great everyone I worked with was helpful and the price was very reasonable based on what I would have to spend to buy all the parts myself . βI recently had the pleasure of visiting Tonyβs Import Repair. I usually am not the one that deals with dropping our cars off. My husband had called Dustin and he said to bring the car over same day to see if it was a quick fix.
For the first time, I took the car to Tonyβs and from the moment I walked in, Dex greeted me with warmth and professionalism. He took the time to immediately look at my car to see if it was a quick fix. Unfortunately, it wasnβt.
Dustin, made sure that we could get the car promptly in to be fixed, and I was impressed how efficiently the vehicle was handled. Itβs clear that Dustin and Dex value their customersβ. Top notch professionalism and quality.

βI brought my RAV4 in for what I thought would be a small belt issue or loose panel of some sort. The team kept it a few days trying to get it to replicate the noise I had heard and run further diagnostics. Upon further review and replication of the issue, they took great care in ensuring all items were addressed and replaced. They even worked with the warranty company providing them all the details so my involvement was minimum and kept me in office. Iβve written several reviews from various services but this one is up there for me personally. We bring all of our vehicles to them and they know us by first name basis. I will never take any of cars anywhere else unless it is something that is required by an agreement or such. Steve and family has our business for life.β

I had an incredible experience with this tire service company that I will never forget. I was traveling from South Carolina to Pennsylvania when I ran into a serious issue with my front tires. I pulled in hoping for a miracleβbut the shop was already closed for the day.
To my surprise and absolute gratitude, they actually reopened the shop just for me. They saw I was in a tough situation and didnβt hesitate to help. Within 15 minutes, they had both of my front tires changed and had me safely back on the road. Their speed, professionalism, and genuine kindness blew me away.
On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that they stayed late just to take care of me. These are the kind of people you hope to meet when youβre far from home and in a bindβhonest, hardworking, and truly compassionate.
