“I needed a 3rd brake light replaced on my Chevy Suburban. I scheduled it with this place and they were 2 weeks out (if that tells you how awesome they are). I waited and I’m super glad I did. The lady up front is probably the most customer-friendly person you’ll ever talk to. Personable. Shoot you straight. No BS. The mechanic took a look and came out and told me the wire was shorting and not getting the proper voltage, but said he would look and diagnose more if I agreed for him to do it with the added labor. I agreed and he came back and said he was able to fix it and it only cost me and extra 30 mins. I was so relieved and this place is straight up honest with you. They installed the part I bought myself on Amazon. Most places said they couldn’t do that, and this is why Auto Impressions has such a good rating. Will 100% be back and will recommend to anyone I know!”

“Have lived in Winchester all my 64 years and have used a lot of auto repair shops in the area, some good and some not so good so when the wife and I were looking for a new repair shop that was reputable, fair, and honest we decided to try Ballengers for service and inspection.
So I had previously made an appointment to drop off our Nissan Xterra for an oil change, yearly inspection and assuming I needed new brake pads after 6 years told them brake pads as well and as bad luck would have it wife picked up something in a rear tire when on the way to drop it off so also needed flat repair.
It wasn't but around 2 hours later I received a call that our vehicle was ready and they told me that my brake pads still had about half life left and didn't need replacement and I'll tell you that was really refreshing to find out that this little out of the way auto repair shop was not only quick and efficient but very honest as well because I know that any other repair shop would have went ahead with the break pad replacement instead of calling me to tell me that they were okay.
So here is the best part, I received an oil and filter service, yearly inspection and a flat repair for under $100 🤯 in a timely manner from great people with honesty and integrity I mean I thought I was in a different country because I never thought you could get service like this in Winchester Va.
It's a no brainer that we will definitely be using Ballengers for our next auto repairs in the future.
I urge anyone looking for reasonably priced honest auto repairs to try Ballengers, they are right off Berryville Pike(route 7) behind Gran Rental Station you will be glad you did.

“My car had to get towed due to a tire issue . It was late and I was 45 miles from home. I called three tow companies and nobody could come. My fourth call led me to Combs towing. He was outstanding and could have charged whatever due to circumstances.
He handle my car with care. He tried to “fix” it enough to get it on the truck and towed to a shop. I asked him to tow me anywhere knowing I was unable to get the issue resolved that evening.
He suggested a place that was still open but near closing time. He spoke with the gentleman and they took care of me and fixed the issue.

Brought it into A-Z just for timing purposes to get it in a tad bit quicker and come to find out they saved my husband and I a lot of money by telling us it was in fact a bad battery with low voltage, that we had just purchased this previous winter. So we never would have even guessed that would have been the issue for tripping false sensors on our monitor. Super quick to the point and professional!”
“I have a Lexus that I've had issues with finding a mechanic that could do work on it. I was able to get my car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I had to drop it off early because I needed a ride, they took my car straight in and got everything taken care of. The other mechanic said my car would not pass inspection because of brakes. But they found two issues with the installation of the brakes previously done and repaired both issues. I'm very happy. Russell was awesome and kept me posted about everything, answered questions I had and made me feel very comfortable about taking my car there.”

“Terrific 5 star service! This morning, I had a screw in one my tires and needed a patch. I called and was told to come up and let them inspect the tire. They were able to fix it in about 20 minutes and I was in my way. The manager Paul was very courteous and professional, as was my technician Ethan who did a rapid and flawless tire repair.
