It was easy to select my vehicle through CMA's website, value my trade, apply for financing, then select any add-ons or service packages desired. After this, I had two brief phone conversations with Jeff Garber who was EXCELLENT to deal with. I told him what I wanted to be thrown into the deal in order for it to happen. Jeff advocated on my behalf and got me the deal that I wanted. Again, I hadn't even stepped foot in the showroom! Car was done quickly, looks great. Icing on the cake - because I’ve been busy running like crazy, my car looked like a tornado hit it - I got it back and was nicely surprised by a clean car! Despite a less than fun reason for being there, they made the experience with them really easy and painless.”

“Tommy is the most honest and kindest mechanic I've ever met. Tommy did a complete exhaust replacement in my 1968 Corvette a couple of years ago. I was so upset about this purchase, and was trying to get a dear friend to help me fix it. Combs wrecker service came to the rescue for me, towed my vehicle to my friends shop, and I got to watch it being taken off the flatbed, with ease, with professionalism, courtesy, and kind and friendly service. I was not charged any money to have this vehicle towed, as it is partnered with the mechanic shop it was towed to. I will never forget the company, its employees and i will always refer my clients to this company, and only this company. “Afforable, friendly, and quick. I had a pretty bad exhaust leak, my exhaust was literally hanging off. I went to a shop in inwood who charged me 75 bucks to look at the car, then quote me 700 dollars for 3 exhaust leaks. Then i went to these guys, charged me 150 for 2 exhaust leaks. The other guy lied and scammed me. I had to wait there for a while and the guy upfront kept telling me to sit down inside since it was so hot outside. I will take my car to bingo from now on, the are trustworthy and don't try to charge you for imaginary work.”

“From scheduling my appointment to the day of, Auto Impressions was very helpful. I went in thinking that I was going to pay some big bucks to replace both O2 sensors, was told I needed to by Valvoline….once I arrived to have my vehicle serviced, it was recommended to have a diagnostic test done to be sure that was the issue. Turns out, the filter was installed backwards from a previous visit to another auto shop earlier this year, and Valvoline missed that twice. So grateful I took my car to Auto Impressions!! I would have spent unnecessary money for a problem that didn’t exist!! Will definitely be getting my car serviced from here on out!!”
