Stopped in for a quick bite to eat at around 4:45 on 9/21/23. Was headed grocery shopping so I just wanted to get something quick so I didn’t buy the whole store, you know how it is when you go hungry. So I figured a slice of 7-11 pizza would do the trick. Well… this was the pizza available. An entire pizza in individual boxes ALLLL looking like this (see photo attached). I asked the employee how long ago they were made and she shrugged and said something like “before I got here at 3. You can have one, im not making more. I don’t cook when I’m here by myself.” So she offered me the petrified pizza for free… I literally don’t think it was safe for human consumption. It looked like it was baking under that light all day? Absolutely wild. Not to mention none of them had the labels that say when they were made ? Y U C K

I was there Thursday. I have NEVER, in my entire life, been inside of a convenience store and experienced what I experienced here. The 2 cashiers were actually using profanity, while customs were shopping & checking out! They were talking among themselves, but every other word was B^%÷< MotherF&%"-×÷ S#,& D*** A$$ & the list goes on. One lady was light brown-skin. The other, younger & dark brown-skin.They were both friendly, but wow.....What in the world. No professionalism at all. Even the postal worker who was delivering mail literally breezed in & out. The look on his face was.... reallllllly.Then, the chicken was burned & stacked in 3 dishes. There were NO plans on making more.I travel for work & 7-Eleven's are my go-to spot. I'm not sure I'll stop back here.EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL on all levels. Wow!!!!!

My experience at 7-Eleven was mixed. While it's convenient for a quick stop and refueling, the store cleanliness left something to be desired. Nonetheless, it's easy to get in and out, and they have a convenient gas station.

This location is terrible. I have given it numerous chances but it’s not good they serve burnt and bad tasting coffee. The cashier who works overnight is rude. Their card system was down and there was no care shown for the customer I had to leave my items because I couldn’t use my card and was given no other options. Don’t go here they need new management. They need to clean and serve better coffee and lattes and hot chocolate it all taste bad.

Prices are high on their food some of the candy has good deals. I guess it beats wal mart

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. If I'm spending money in an establishment i expect a certain level of customer service.

Went here on Thanksgiving day to fuel the car. We saw a drug deal at the pumps openly visible during the day. Be very careful. We saw the very same down the road at the Wawa parking lot at night on another day. We visited Williamsburg for Thanksgiving weekend and were surprised to witness 2 open drug deals in one weekend.

The people are always upbeat and have a fun attitude. I work right next door and go every morning. They help me with any problems I ever have. They’re one of the only 7 elevens I know of that the people are always making jokes and laughing and look like they enjoy what they’re doing. All in all it’s a great place to go too.

Stopped here with my daughter and great granddaughter, who is 4 years old. I am 63 years old, had a uterine biopsy less than a week ago. Needless to say I am weak and not feeling well. We had planned on coffee and doughnuts. Needless to say I thought I was going to be physically assaulted by the employee and her friends that stopped by. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I am definitely not able to have a physical altercation with anyone.

Google reviews requires to give at least one star or I wouldn't have given the one I gave. Ultimately the worst experience in my life. My mother, granddaughter, & I stopped by for a bathroom break, coffee, & doughnuts & were ran out by an employee & her friends. I hate to say this but I think it was racially motivated!!! The employee(dark skinned lady) & her friends followed us outside trying to fight us even as I was putting my granddaughter in her car seat. Please spare yourself of a horrible experience & don't stop here!

Wasn't going to write a review with this context until I got to the counter to pay for my coffee. The lady is nasty. She was sitting down(both ladies, one light skinned and the other has a darker complexion with a beehive hairstyle) you can't miss her, wish I could've. I love 7-11 coffee, but this lady has ruined my coffee time. The store was not bad, but I will not go back to that ONE.

Please do something about the panhandling at the front door. How is it okay, to allow for this to happen to your customers? Each time I visit this location, this is what I get to look forward too. And different panhandlers for different days. It is not okay. Also, atleast ask your customers, that you may be friends with, to mind their language in the store. I’m standing, waiting to checkout, and the customer is holding a casual conversation with the cashier, using profanity, and the cashier thinks nothing of it? Not professional at all. But other then those things, the staff is very polite and they always speak to you and ask if you found everything you needed.
