Unfortunately I had to utilize my AAA roadside assistance today for a tow (care disabled). However, I am extremely disappointed. We waited over 2 1/2 hours in extremely hot, humid (heat advisory) weather. We were local and not on the highway or out of town. It was so disappointing to know that this service is definitely NOT worth the cost of membership. I have been a AAA member for 8 consecutive years and have only used this service approximately 5 times. Save your money on a subscription and call a tow truck on your on. AAA does not help when you are stranded on the road.

went here with mom in w/c to have papers motorized with her signature. we were told that the only person in the entire place was in an hour long break and we were to wait. or perhaps I could go do something else during that hour which requires me loading and unloading the wheel chair again. poor planning on their part causes a lot if issues. manager on vacation so no one to talk with concerning issue.

save your money these people left us on the road with no help! been aaa members for 30 years and have never been treated so poorly. 1st call at 6:45pm was told truck was on the way last call was at 12:30am was told truck was en-route and would be there in 16 minutes. last call i made was at 1am and i was finally told the truth no truck was coming. aaa tidewater sucks!!!!!!

I visit to get my international drivers license. The Travel Agent was social and carried her self being professional yet talks to people with kindness and she’s well educated for traveling. All together it’s a peaceful place. It’s a very respectful place.

Worst towing experience ever. Son got into an accident. His car was totaled. They had a tow driver for him, gave him updated eta's when he called. After a third call they said they couldn't find him in the system. Then they finally found him and said there is no driver for him.

I got my car inspected there I had to leave it there. They called me when it was done. I came in and paid the bill. They gave me my receipt and my State Inspection paperwork too.
