We needed a tiny screw for a tiny hinge. We couldn't find it but they tried to help and wanted to see the hinge. We brought the box in that the hinge was on. We were able to get new hinges that fit perfectly and they even put them on FOR us!! This really helped because we realized that we probably would have had a difficult time and may hurt our box. THANK YOU for all your help!!!

ACE always has someone to talk with me at my level. Big box stores often talk at a professional contractor level. I placed an order two days ago and was promptly called to let me know it was in before 0900 this morning. Once I paid for the item another sales associate brought the item out to my vehicle. The staff are always eager to make my visits pleasant.
I will s as least try to shop there first.

I use Uhaul all the time. The staff at this Ace is incredible. They aren't uhaul employees but they manage uhaul services out of this hardware store far better than any uhaul-run location. Fast, accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Evan, Dianne, Dave, Paul and others. All terrific.

I thought ace was the place. This one is not. As I'm looking for stuff employees are turning around to go another way. Once I get some one there to answer my question, all he said was did you look on 20. Then as we walk back there he says oh 19 I guess. He seemed to be irritated that I asked him for help. Thought this was the helpful place. It is not. I will not return. Learn some customer relations.
