The Rt. 5 Ace Hardware store is so great! Everyone is always friendly and upbeat. And the music they have playing is “Gen X awesome”!
I purchased some Benjamin Moore paint today and John and Bernard were so knowledgeable, friendly and prompt! I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend the Rt. 5 Ace Hardware!

As I write this, there is a Boy Scout troop outside the location fundraising. I should have asked the cashiers to repeat what they just said to those 10 year old's. It was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I purchased my item and left to go grocery shopping a couple doors down. It stewed with me the entire time, and I decided to return my purchase from you on my way out. You've lost this customer to your locally owned business and that's a shame.
Do better.

I have found shopping at Ace Hardware to be a positive experience; particularly since I have prosthetics in my body that limits my ability to reach.
