Visited Addicted to Golf in Williamsburg today for the first time. It was a great experience. Not only was the inventory a lot better than I anticipated. The two young Men that helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have definitely earned my business. I don’t see the need to shop anywhere else for my golf equipment. Thanks and job well done!

Stopped in here while on vacation as I had some spare time before heading back to my resort. Inventory looked fine, saw the newest equipment available for sale. I have been in the market for a new driver, but at home there aren't many local retailers for me to choose from and as this was 5 minutes from where I was staying, I thought what the heck, lets give them a try. I asked about prices for a driver fitting session where I could try out a couple of different brands, but the gentleman behind the counter said that they don't do that. I thought this was kind of weird answer as they sell golf clubs, but continued to walk around the store. I made it to the back of the store by the used clubs and asked the second member of the staff what they use for fittings (in terms of what software and launch monitor setup they use) and he gestured to their simulator setup with a sort of "duhhh, right here" kind of motion and expression. All in all, my experience lasted about 3 or 4 minutes and this was enough for me to know to go elsewhere. The highlight of my trip to this store was the smiling face on their dog behind the counter.

Only 3 stars because they didn't have the golf shoes I wanted in my size but they lots of great inventory to choose from!

I like golf but don't play and had given my clubs to a local inner city high school golf team. I enjoy occasional best ball tournaments with my friends, so went to get some basic clubs. They treated me well and hooked my up with a rudimentary set. Highly recommend them!

Went in to have putter grip changed and expected to come back but they changed it immediately. Great service.

I do not recommend this place ! The two guys up at the front were so so unfriendly! NO customer service at this place! We were visiting from out of town. No greeting and we must of interrupted his dinner. Along with his partner with the dog ( Golden Retriever) The dog was friendlier!!! Disappointing...Need to work on your customer service!!

Justin was very patient with helping me select the correct clubs for my swing. When finished, I asked him if we picked out a good set, and he let me know that we picked the same clubs he uses for himself- a good feeling of reassurance. Thank you
