7.25pm and the fitting rooms are closed when the store closes at 8pm. Maybe you should close the doors all together then because what’s the point of a clothing store where you cannot try any clothes. Smile and common courtesy to let us know that fitting rooms will be closed would be nice too. Didn’t feel welcome at all and have been a customer a for years. Very disappointing experience.

I just wanted to give a lovely review to Cherry!! She was so kind and welcoming when first entering. One of our items we bought unfortunately forgot to be placed in the bag, but the staff were so kind to help us. Cherry went out of her way to deliver the item to us which she absolutely did not have to do. She was amazing and so kind. So thank you Cherry for going above and beyond, you deserve the best!!

I have been searching for the grinch slippers since November of 2022 and today I called this store to see if they had any in stock in my size. I live in Suffolk and this location is over an hour from me. Emily was the store employee that took the call and she exceeded ALL my expectations. Not only did she quickly grab the last 8 and 9 they had in the store and put them away for me. She held them until I got there and then she assisted me in considering some other grinch items that I didn't even know they had. EMILY was and is a orck star and I appreciate her so much. She MADE my day! Oh and I LOVE my slippers!

truly, had the best experience shopping here today. normally I do not leave reviews. but, I can not get over the best customer service experience I had today. I went in and was greeted by an employee named Emily. she asked if I needed help finding anything. said no, I was alright but than I immediately changed my mind and said actually yes, I need help styling an outfit. I'm really not good at these things. Do you have the time to assist me? She ended up helping me the whole time. she told what she thought looked good on me and what did not. After picking out styles based off our conversation. I went in for a two pair of jeans and end up leaving with seven different outfits. It was nice to be helped by a person who was passionate about helping people and enjoyed their job. AE.Williamsburg VA is lucky to have her as an employee and as a customer I am truly grateful to have met such a wonderful kind person today.

4/5 Stars for American Eagle Outlet.Wide selection of merchandise for men, women, boys and girls.Store was clean and plenty of selection to choose from. There were deals to be had and a few clearance racks in the back of the store.Only reason I could not give them 5/5 stars was the open conversation between associates of who was going to put away stock vs doing another assignment and the frustration and tone of employees that should have taken place outside earshot of customers.

American Eagle Outlet was great but the prices were too high and so I looked in the clearance section and I spent $12.02 on one blue T-Shirt. It was my favorite store outlet to shop at.

Amazing experience!! Even though we came closer to closing time, Emily was awesome and let us stay past closing time! She was so helpful with finding us discounts, and making sure we really loved the clothes we bought!!

omg how cute are these jeans?! I bought like 4 pair of ripped jeans last week (the rest are in the washer now and the others are even cuter). They are SO CUTE. Really nice associate in the dressing room and at register.

Wow! Just wow! Was told they have a one person per dressing room policy. I have been in MANY American Eagles and never heard this before. Needless to say I allowed my daughter to go in alone. She has anxiety and wouldn’t come out and therefore we bought nothing. Daughter said she would never shop there again!
