We got a job offer in VA and didn't know anyone in Williamsburg. Through a local Facebook group we joined, Angie reached out to us to let us know she was a local realtor and here to help but didn't push us or anything. Weeks later when it was time to pick a realtor we interviewed several and she was by far the most passionate, knowledgeable and down to earth realtor that we interviewed. From the time we hired her to the time we closed on our house she stayed with us every step of the way. She listened to all of our wants and needs, proactively toured homes for us when we were not available and found us the perfect house and got us an incredible deal because of her knowledge in doing assumable loans. If you need someone to accompany you along the unpredictable and surprising journey of home ownership Angie is your woman! My husband and I made several offers which made the process at times exhausting, but Angie was there every step of the way offering her sage advice and support! We never felt abandoned by her or confused as she made it a point to explain the many steps along the way. Without question Angie was our guide and advocate, even at times reminding us of our initial goals and wants during the search! Moving from North Carolina to Virginia was an adventure I would not have wanted to navigate with Angie’s expertise and generosity! I can’t recommend Angie enough! She is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. You will feel comfortable asking her any question and know she will give you an honest and thoughtful answer! This was our first time selling a house and she made it a breeze. She immediately jumped into action to meet our ideal timeline while not compromising on quality. Angie is a cut above. She helped us when we were planning to move to Ohio. She’s was “Johnny on the spot” to assist us in getting our house ready for sale. She had determined a sale price and when she walked through the house with, she made suggestions that would make our home more enticing.When the sale in Ohio fell through due to many items including mold, she assured us that when we were ready to sell, she would be there to help us achieve our goal.
