I saw a skirt online. I went to the store trying to find it and it was only available online. I purchased the skirt and it was too small. I tried to exchange it just to find out they do not take Apple Pay on the chat. So they wanted me to give them my credit card through the chat to exchange the skirt. I decided to send it back and repurchase only to find out that to send it back you must pay $9 shipping. I tried to repurchase the skirt and the price had gone up $30. I don’t know why these stores think it is ok to charge $9 for us to just try the outfits or even to touch it. We don’t know what the garment feels like or if we even like the color which most times varies from the image and the nerve of charging to send it back. I would much rather buy it at the store but it is never available. I felt robbed and will not buy from Ann Taylor again.

I hate shopping for clothes, but the employees at this store managed to make it almost fun. Yvette dedicated herself to helping me find what I needed, tracking down different sizes and styles. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even offering opinions on what worked and what didn't. I took off one star just because the clothing sizes seem to be inconsistent, which is annoying when you don't know what size to pull off the rack. But overall - well done to the team of employees at this shop!

Thank you Niveah for a great experience! Had to bring my 2 babies and Niveah catered to my every need. I came with an inspiration photo and she was able to meet that and translated my vision into a few more phenomenal pieces! All while being patient with my two kiddos. I never had to leave the dressing room. Thank you for going above and beyond for a working momma ❤️

I was there last Saturday with my husband and daughter and we overheard the manager talking with one of the sales person making mean comments about a person who she assumed could not afford anything in the store and that is why she did not buy anything. this manager was very unprofessional and mean. I will not shop at Ann Taylor again if that is how they treat their customers and gossip about people like that.

Sales associate Rhea was extremely rude. She was texting on her phone so I had to interrupt her. Article of clothing was damaged, I just asked if there was a discount. She said no, which was fine, but then muttered I just didn't need to buy it. She then proceeded to walk to the middle of the store to gossip about me to another associate . Don't shop here.

Had a very pleasant experience here. The shop is spacious and well organized. They have a wide variety of clothing options, and the staff is friendly and kind. My only complaint with this store is their sizes. I'm usually a size 2~4 depending on the item. I tried on a size 0 dress and it was very big on me.. I also have an XXS tank top from them that I can't wear for how big it is on me. I wish women sizes were actual measurements, but that's a different discussion.. lol
