I had a terrible experience at this store because I didn't receive my items on the agreed-upon day. I tried contacting the store but received no response, so I had to drive there to speak with them. They then delayed the delivery for another two days. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Had a great experience in store with Janelle. She wasn’t pushy, let us walk around on our own and checked in periodically to see if we had any questions. We purchased a new couch and had a quick delivery set up. Would definitely come back again when we need furniture in the future.

We purchased a mattress, adjustable base, bed frame, and a pillow yesterday, and Rick and Stella were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can truly tell they care about what they do and about their customers.
This review is just to thank Rick and Stella, we’ll be sure to leave another review after we receive everything. We’re really looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress!

My entire experience with Ashley furniture was nothing but amazing! As soon as I walked into the store, Rick greeted me with a warm welcome and helped me throughout my process. If it wasn't for him, I would still be looking for a couch. The delivery guy was so kind and efficient. They put my couch together in under 10 minutes. Rick followed up with me after the couch was delivered to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Rick for everything you have done for me. This entire process was a 10/10!

Sales process was easy, after that, you are on your own. Extendable dining room table arrived and did not extend enough to utilize the leaf. We have to send pictures and videos of the issue to them...which we did. They did not get back to us, I had to call them, and only then did they address my email with attachments. They are now sending a part to my home, and then I need to coordinate with a service technician to come and see if he can fix the issue. If not, we MIGHT get a replacement table. It's hard to believe their furniture is not tested prior to delivery to make sure it functions. The delivery guys are just that....delivery guys. They do not know the furniture, just how to put the legs on. Overall, I would not buy from them ever again, and will never recommend them. One last point, their customer service group is not part of Ashley, they are an outsourced Company. Once Ashley has delivered the furniture, they are done with you.

The Sales Team at the Williamsburg location were extremely patient and helpful. Janelle offered amazing service with patience and willingness to help when asked. She was gracious enough to listen to our needs and did not push, which was appreciated. She even encouraged our desire to walk around the showroom and settle on final choices. I came to Ashley a little hesitant to purchase, because of what I had heard about the price of their furniture. I was met with an amazing sales associate by the name of Aquazia, who was knowledgeable and made me feel heard. I never felt like I was being pressured or upsold. This led to me purchasing a couch that I will love for many years to come. I would recommend this Ashley location in Williamsburg to anyone looking to purchase quality furniture in a comfortable environment.
