Walked in and was not greeted by the associate even after she looked me right in the face. After she finished with customer in front of me waited to be called up and she turned her back to me. I guess the other lady was the manager came up to assist me. Had to take my return to the back while waiting i had questions and as I’m asking them the associate looked me dead in my face and did not answer me i proceeded to ask another question and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Not sure if she was new or just didn’t want to assist me. Would hate to think it was race think but looking at me most don’t know what race i am esp with me having sun glasses on. I think there needs to be better training my self also working in retail i know what it is to give great customer service

The prices have gone up (or I guess I should say the deals have gone down), and the employees have gotten incredibly rude. I’ve shopped here over the past 8 years and never had an experience like this. So sorry that my podiatrist’s recommendation don’t correspond with your training video or whatever, but there was really no need to be insulted. Not worth coming back, honestly… considering the price increases I may as well upgrade.

My orthopedist recommended coming here instead of my usual high priced shoe store. They carry WIDE shoes which I need. I bought two pairs of ASICS tennis shoes for $120 instead of buying one pair and paying about the same price. Donna, the store manager, was very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. Amanda helped me, when Donna was busy. The customer service at this store is exceptional. I highly recommend shopping here, and I will definitely return!

Very sad that the Asics Outlet by my home closed, but this outlet is great. Great deals, great customer service. Obviously, a bit of a journey for me coming from VA Beach. But once youre there, all good! I always recommend Asics!

This is at the Aasics at Williamsburg Va outlet on Tuesday June 27th 2023. I asked the young girl, could I please purchase the size small running shorts on the mannequin. It matched the top I was purchasing. I had a handful of other stuff too.. She looks at me And says no it's too much trouble. Mind you there are no other customers in the store. The shorts were very loose on the mannequin all she had to do is slip them down. I almost did it myself but I know stores don't like you touching the mannequins. Very poor customer service. Oh well needless to say won't be back to that store..

It is nice to be able to put your hands on the shoes and try them on, but if your looking for “outlet” pricing, you’ll be disappointed. Stick to buying online. They do occasionally have a worthy sale, but generally, their pricing is higher than online options.
