I'm not a huge Hallmark fan (thus the deduction of 1 star) but my wife is and she had ordered something and asked me to pick it up. It was right before Christmas so yes the store was busy. The staff was nice and once I got to the front of the line they found the package quickly and I was off.

A store that seems to have a little bit everything in the way of cards, gifts, and gift wrapping....visiting there is quite a fun and unique experience!

Lovely, spacious Hallmark location staffed by warm and friendly employees. This is one of the largest Hallmark stores I have been to and found it to be well laid out and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this shop for its wealth of card stock, holiday gifts and especially their employee, Cathy, who helped me so much. She gave me superb, concierge-style service, helping me find exactly what I needed with many, detailed requirements

Lots to see and the staff Kelly was so very helpful! They have a gift for just about occasion great selection of Father's day gifts too!

I went into Hallmark to get a Mother's Day gift. I wasn't real impressed with the Mother's Day gift bag since the holiday is right around the corner. It's definitely located in a busy shopping center. There no clear pathway to the registers. I was looking at some items and I had people kept asking me if I was in line. I will go back to this location due to the convenience and the size.

I bought a card online, then went to the store to pick it up, and I am glad I did. I was amazed at the selection of gifts and cards I found there, and the clerk who greeted me was helpful without hovering or being at all intrusive. A very pleasant shopping experience. And, of course, I did leave with more than the card I came to pick up.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. I may have the name wrong but I think Sam at the counter was great. And a shoutout to the young lady who I didn't catch her name but cheered my 3 year old daughter up from her tantrum. You guys are MVPS

It's like the movies, but as a store. If you've been to one, you know exactly what to expect. Always find something nice here, whether it's a card or a gift.
