I am obsessed with Barbara Shelley’s Statefarm. All of my needs have been met and have been handled by top tier professionalism. They made transitioning all of my insurances from a state 800 miles away seamless. They even made getting hit by my first deer one of the easiest processes ever. They definitely have your back. Deb is my go to when talking to one of the reps, she is personally one of the best agents I have ever encountered. Anything I need Deb is there to provide and she goes above and beyond each and every interaction we have. A girls girl for sure. If I could give Barbara Shelley’s 1000 stars I would.

I had issues with my previous agent and switched to Barbara Shelly in early 2023. This office is excellent. They quickly sorted everything out for me and it was smooth sailing since. They are always quick to answer any questions I have and make things very simple. Most of my communication has been done through Robin Lobus and she is wonderful.

I started the process of moving to State Farm. It has taken over 45 days to get 2/3 of my policies in place. Final received determination on my third policy that does not make any sense wherein they will not underwrite it. Disappointed we took 45 days to get to this point when everything was laid out within the first week.

I have been with State Farm Insurance as a customer for over 25 years. I have multiple insurance polices ranging from car, home owner, life insurance to flood. My agent Barbara Shelly located at Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, Va is a down-to-earth genuine country girl. She is a Godsend! Recently, I and my wife met with Barbara to discuss and update our policies. From the moment we enter the building from the receptionlist, another Statefarm member of Barbara's team, and then Barbara, made us feel very welcome. Even Jake, the full size cut-out poster baord was welcoming. Bottom line is this,I do very few surveys -- and, I wanted all to know if you ever need Insurance, go see Barbara.She will meet with you and discuss all your options honestly and will take all the time neccesary with you. People like her are rare these days. Finally remember this, "Like a good neighbor, Barbara is there" when it counts..dc
